Many of the '10 Secrets' there are pretty sensible things and not something that you'd base a 'leave' argument upon. However it's 8 and 10 that I'm very uncomfortable with, 10 is unnecessary with NATO in existence and is an absolute precursor to a 'USEU' (United States of Europe), 8 would have a definite negative effect on our ports and their infrastructure along with how the EU has a long term aim of crippling the UK financial sector.

It rankles even more when deep down you know Corbyn would not be backing Remain if he was not now a leader of a top two political party.

What a sad disappointing thing to say, and to be blunt if this is what you believe then maybe the UK is not the country for you ? As a country we rank highly in regards to freedom of the press and lack of corruption, we're very tolerant of other cultures, races and religions. I'm happy to say that I'm voting leave, and in no way do I fit into the horrid stereotype that you're painting.

Agreed, they both rose to the occasion, a big positive to take from last night for both of the main parties.

I can see why she's there, yes she has her own agenda but she's unflappable and professional politician who can hold an argument without resorting to name calling. What I found most interesting was that none of the Remain big guns were there, I can only take that as they didn't want to bee seen directly attacking Boris face to face in public to protect their futures no matter what the outcome of the referendum.

The woman in red is Andrea Leadsom, since seeing her on Newsnight a few weeks ago I've been keeping an eye on her. She presents very well... she knows the perfect sounds bites e.g. Mum rather than Mother, keeps calm under attack, and appears to be always aware of where the live cameras are for best effect (for example last night most of her talking was aimed at the camera rather than the audience, why aim your reply at the audience of maybe a few hundred when a few million may be watching at home). She does have a few skeletons in the cupboard though, being involved in finance she's played the game, but if Vote Leave win's and Dave goes / there's a reshuffle I can see her getting a more senior front bench position.

Bob Wilson was on Radio 4 this morning, talking about Arsenal finishing 3rd and Wenger's future, he thought Wenger should stay for one more season and then they should get Ronald Koeman (can't remember exactly what was said at around 7.25 am, I think it was more they should get Koeman rather than someone like Koeman).

Thanks for that vision and my new recurring nightmare... they'd smile at each other for a few days and then bicker with each other for five years whilst the UK slowly crumbles and rots around them (they'd make the ConLib coalition look like the golden years !).

It's because she's American. I'm not being xenophobic here, I'm not saying this to insult them as I like the country and them a lot, but I've lived and worked with enough American's to see their attitudes when elsewhere in the world and many of them genuinely believe that being the biggest / most powerful country in the world should afford them special treatment (and their children are also brought up with values different from ours).

Clinton's level of female respect isn't much higher after she let her husband rub her face in his mess, a sane woman would have divorced and humiliated him but even then she had one eye on her own political future. The sad things is neither of them as a president will progress either the people of the USA or the world, even a Barack Obama who's achievements over his terms were underwhelming has more of a heart and soul than either of them, dark times

This forum is desperately missing a Like or Thanks button, something to show the appreciation or quality of a post / reply. In the past I think plugin's or extensions were required to add this to vBulletin, however it appears that from v5 onwards it may now have a native 'reputation' system in it ?
