I know what you mean. Would be happy with a draw to steady the ship and push on come the weekend after Nige has had a bit more time to work with the guys.

To be fair even if we were building cars, televisions sets, toasters or whatever it wouldn't matter as there is bugger all global demand and we are a far less competitive nation than the Tiger economies or India, South America etc.

Just for once I hope the new manager effect works in our favour!
-
This is a takeover thread and as far as i'm aware you are still waiting for someone to purchase the club.
-
Is that all. If he manages to sort that all out and win on Wednesday i'll be very impressed.
-
Win at mk dons and we're only 5 points off top spot. A far cry from where we were this time last year.
-
Cheers. Have tried that and they seem to match so will give it a go. Can always put them back i guess/hope.

Gillet scored for Donny. Still think he could have done a job for us.

Can they please start going in!!!!

I have a samsung r519 laptop that has 4gb of ram, but apparently as it runs windows 7 32 bit it can only use 3gb of this. I therefore want to know if I can take out one of the 2gb modules and put it in my netbook (asus eepc 1005p) and then put the 1gb module from my netbook into the laptop to make it 3gb. Not sure how i'd go about finding out if they are compaitable so any help advice would be appreciated.

Still has original date on index page. Definitely no new news.

That's how they all speak up North. Nothing to worry about!

Would help if St Marys was full. Great Atmosphere at all the sell-out games last season especially pompey. Would love that week in week out.
-
Great respect for the bloke. I hope our club in ime can build up that spirit of community that S****horpe and a lot of lower league clubs seem to have.

If this is just a glimpse of what happens at sms behind closed doors then i'm amazed Pardew hung around long enough to get sacked. Lucky escape for Adkins and what a shambles our club is!
-
Could be a problem if he only comes in on loan as that will restrict squad selection. You are only allowed five (possibly six) loan players in a squad so with a couple of loans in already if they bring in many more they will not be able to name them all on match day.

Sheffield Wednesday 24hrs from administration

+1. Don't like to see any clubs punished for the stupidity of a few in the boardroom. -
Sacking Pardew was a huge gamble in my eyes so i'd say that's exactly what he is.
-
To be fair it would have been a much bigger story if he was sharing the room with a young female advisor. Such a non-story. I go on work things all the time where you are required to share rooms with other colleagues to save money.

As a former season ticket holder at Cheltenham I can confirm Steve is one of the nicest blokes in football. Very passionate and a great man manager although his tactics may get found out at a higher level. Nothing less than i've come to expect from Steve.
-
Stumped me too. He got a pretty rubbish team into the premiership and kept them there. Could have kept them there for at least another season for all we know. I'd be very happy with him. Seems to be chomping at the bit to get back into work.

I'm not completely averse to the idea of Phil Brown. Definitely not Hart. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1308167/Southampton-linked-Paul-Hart-Phil-Brown.html

I'd go with this as well. Bring on Connolly on 60 minutes if we're looking for goal. Very few other options.
-
Far less qualified i'd say. He's had more clubs than i've had hot dinners in the last year
