  1. Alan Shearer.
  2. Darren Anderton...Bitterne Park boy...slipped through the net to Pompey.. Graham Roberts...Weston Park boy..slipped through the net to Spurs , Chelsea and Glasgow Rangers.....via Dorchester and Weymouth...
  3. Well done Saints.. Well done the young guns.. Well done Gaston...truly magical..
  4. Gaston is class:)
  5. Davis Stephens Yoshida Jos Fox Cork Davis S. Isgrove Guly Lee (Rowe) Mayuka Subs from Gazza, Turnbull, Reed, Targett, Sinclair, Mc Carthy, Young.. etc Just guess work.....NOTHING like the team that will play... Probably play more first team?
  6. OR the first foul on OSVALDO...WHO WAS BEING HELD ON THE GROUND..... aLL HIS STRENGTH TO GET OFF THE GROUND WITH THAT BIG LUMP ON HIS BACK:rolleyes: Holding onto the yellow shirt was for balance purposes only as he was being pushed/held by the Sunderland defender.. If we did not score....would have been a penalty......utmost faith in Mr Mason and his lino;)
  7. Normally the home side:p We are never that lucky...especially with mackem officials;) FFS batman...jay Rod on side by a mile and half:rolleyes:
  8. I have spoken to a true expert on the offside rule.... and my missus:? fully explained it to me and after looking at the JayRod offside decision several times.. stated JayRod has nice legs... So for the moment we have to abide by the lino Haliday and his guess work.... I thought at the time ..when the ball was kicked..Jay Rod in line and onside... Mr Halliday thought Jay Rod was off side......I do not think for one minute he would give the same decision against Man Utd or Chelsea... YES...I do think some of these officials are poor and scared to give decisions against bigger teams.... In my view I can't for the life of me think linesman Halliday could see that as off side.....SLIDE RULE HANDY:rolleyes: AND Ref MASON.......Waste of space......How the hell he gets given football games:( AS A SUPER FAN....I AM ALWAYS RIGHT....JUST ASK THE MISSUS. Rant over..........
  9. Income/expenditure? Paying back 1.45 million loan to council? Current shortfall? All sounds a little fishy to me:p
  10. Jack Cork is a great footballer and will be an integral part of our team/squad/season. Hopefully in the team soon ...rotation/injuries/suspensions/form etc Squad....good for us and the coach.. who will keep everyone happy:D fingers crossed:rolleyes:
  11. Says it all for me.. Great post:)
  12. Totally agree with you. At the time I thought a bad foul and a booking... Seeing the phots in the gallery confirms how close the ref was.. and how Lee Mason obviously does not understand the concept of a blatant body check on Ramirez being illegal under any set of rules.
  13. I predicted 4-0 to the mighty Saints.... The team and the ref let me down...otherwise I would have been right.. Sunderland number 7 falling over unbalanced and not a free kick that led to their corner and goal... Jay Rod and Rikeee left their shooting boots at home..... I thought that JAY ROD..... WAS IN LINE AND not OFF SIDE FOR THE DISALLOWED GOAL.
  14. :(Mr Mason has always been poor.. Very weak and totally inconsistent.. Today as stated above....He was a disgrace.
  15. Were the four graduates this week...the same as last week?
  16. Definitely deserved to win by a mile.. Up against the ref as well as Sunderland.
  17. Osvaldo and Ramirez were class...things will only get better.
  18. Lallana much better...but Gaston is different class when he came on and we seemed to move up a gear.
  19. 18 stone of beefcake...kept falling over...fouling at every incident then throwing himself over... Whining to the ref and falling down again.... Ref should have booked him several times...even then he threw himself down and the ref put his arm around him and gave him a pep talk and some sweeties..
  20. Thanks...same as my report of the game... mom JWP CHAMBERS WANYAMA Whatever anyone has said of the ref......He is even worse than that.. Lee Mason was atrocious....Very poor.. I think he kept giving team talks to Sunderland...
  21. At the game today and everyone around me ..saying the same....as me:) JWP WAS AWESOME and so is Chambers.... Well done lads.....the future is bright.
  22. 31, 459.......Is my best guess.
  23. 4-0 to the mighty Saints. COYS
  24. Good luck to Jason Puncheon and his family.. Thanks for giving of your best for the mighty Saints. Hope all goes well for him and his lady/children. Saints have already moved onwards and upwards... COYS 3 points on Saturday v Sunderland.
  25. As usual...journalist makes up story:rolleyes:
