  1. Surely Oscar can't be the first person to wake up legless on Valentine's Day and shoot all over his girlfriend's face whilst imagining she is someone else.
  2. Freudian slip
  3. They'll be dancing in the streets of P*mpey tonight! Or maybe not.
  4. Hartlepool 0 Portsmouth 0 Plucky point
  5. Pathetic attempt at Celtic Park to outdo Pompey's 40 heroes at Dean Court (or whatever it's called now.)
  6. Wot I just said.
  7. But didn't they have the first few payments before they were due (whilst still in the PL) because they were in such dire straits. Which means that the February payment will be the last? I'm sure that the PL agreed to pay early to save the bad publicity of a PL club being liquidated.
  8. Nope - 3.28p not £3.28 Actually currently 3.68p. And having a swipe at Range Resources for using the same PR company as Portpin (guilty by association anyone) - Tavistock Communications other clients include such dodgy companies as Virgin Media and Vodafone.
  9. Mr. Hall's revelations about Range Resources are extremely wide of the mark. The share price he quotes is wrong by a factor of 100 (close then) and they are not involved in the extraction of shale gas by fracking in any way. This is the Range Resources involved with Strait http://www.rangeresources.com.au/ This is the American Range Resources involved with shale gas http://www.rangeresources.com/ They are both, I hasten to add, successful and legitimate companies. But don't let a little thing like that spoil a good story eh?
  10. Believe it or not there is work in Crawley!!! http://arqiva.com/corporate/careers/ As for 1M houses, everyone knows that all people living within 10 miles of Winchester are millionaires! But never mind, get one of these jobs and soon you will be too! Sorted. PS It's Alresford BTW

    Ironing

Strangely a lot of women can't get enough of it. And they quite like ironing too.
  12. Bournemouth 1 Pompey 0
  13. The Premier League will divert all remaining parachute payments (assuming there are ANY remaining) direct to football creditors. The club will not receive any further payments. Just where this leaves the proposed loan from Portsmouth City Council is anyone's guess - but if I had to guess I would say dead in the water.
  14. Sparsholt, Braishfield, Kings Somborne, Stockbridge all lovely places and all an easy commute through mostly deserted country lanes from Crawley. I really don't see the point of moving from Bournemouth to cut your commute down if you're going to move to Basingstoke or Fleet FFS.
  15. And Oaten. Forgot him.
  16. Just watched the Party Political Broadcast for the Lib Dems. Surprisingly no mention of the lies told by Clegg, Teather and Huhne. Bunch of c * n t s the lot of 'em. History. Again.
  17. I don't know what the f u c k you're all talking about. But then again I am an old git.
  18. Not surprised really after the George Boyd fiasco. Adkins would do well to avoid this 'opportunity'.
  19. Result: Pompey 0 - 2 Notts County
  20. Like Coutinho? He obviously doesn't want to play for Pochettino again either. So that didn't work then.
  21. Two girls 33 and 24, and a 22 year-old son. Thankfully the girls have now flown the nest and am currently giving the boy a hard time to try and get him to **** off.
  22. Jim White shouting on SSN (Not really)
  23. Is that more irony?
  24. And his record was actually very good - a fact the revisionists on here constantly ignore.
  25. McMenemy's greatest talent as Southampton manager was persuading top, top footballers to come and play for us - I'm not sure that his tactical nous was all that brilliant, as his record at other clubs shows. Most of these players were not exactly in the first flush of youth but were experienced and had a few years left at the highest level. A bit like Frank Lampard today. Unfortunately he couldn't do that today - they all want silly money.
