It's disappointing but not really surprising. (once the shock of the INSTANT WTF(!) nature wears off). People keep forgetting how minted Villa are - I bet he's doubled his wages. We know what positions we need to strengthen, but the maths don't work. The advantageous thing is we've got a fair bit of time & got good money. But what a loss he's going to be.

Everything is probably fine, mate. (BUT! 'tis the season to speculate!) It's def one to keep half an eye on. They are minted, they are *possibly* going to get £100m on top of their mintedness* (MLG notes) Can probably double his wages etc. What's really annoying is the Ings / Vesty scenario coupled with this makes things quite messy.
