It’s an unusual situation where one of our big players has asked to leave & we’ve said “yeah, ok” - But the interest hasn’t been what he (& us) would want. He’s not been great but has his moments. Bit of a YouTube player. I’m sure we would love to sell him, but don’t see any of these large valuations being met.

Just gives us less time to sort signings out. I’ve no doubt players will be shifted by the end of the window, but there’s much more chance of them being loan deals then.

I think we’d take £4m at this rate. There’s no real credible link to Newcastle, though.

Pretty sure Bruce was Hull manager when they tried to get Austin, but he failed the medical. Maybe a little input but not much. They don’t like spending big on older players. If Newcastle were interested, I’d imagine it would be a loan.

That would probably be an 80% subsidy.
