  1. Source: https://southamptonfc.com/news/2019-04-18/team-news-mario-lemina-jannik-vestergaard-newcastle-vs-southampton-premier-league-1819 I've moaned about him being out, but I'd love to see what a 100% fit Lemina could do under Ralph.
  2. Ralph probably knows. He's not a small chap. Those little niggles around the squad are definitely worth thinking about with 3 games in a week coming up.
  3. Not sure if I'd be brave enough to go 4 at the back against Rondon. Then again, we did it against Brighton. Newcastle are currently much better than them though. They have won 5 of their last 6 at home.

  5. Echo reports we have a few small niggles. Source: https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/17582792.southampton-have-several-injury-concerns-ahead-of-their-game-against-newcastle/
  6. Didn't get a get job back in Germany with Stuttgart? (Or was that a rumour?)
  7. Oh, that's a massive shame, for reasons Winchester mentions above.
  8. On the plus side, Everton signed Lookman under his watch.
  9. Certainly not Sunderland. Ross seems to continually land on his feet.
  10. Nobody listened except Ajax. Where did that get them......? Oh yeah! - That's where it got them!
  11. Tonight was massive for them. Now 2pts behind Brighton & their Fulham/Palace games are winnable. Curious to see how Brighton do at Wolves, who appear to have gone on holiday.
  12. Probably 7th Better he's actually in training than not though! A few games coming up, would be handy to have an extra body available.
  13. What the f*ck are Brighton playing at?!
  14. Kalvin Phillips (Leeds) mention recently too. Defensive midfielder.
  15. Used a Translator on this, so excuse the odd wording. We are going to be stuck with him. Source: https://as.com/futbol/2019/04/15/primera/1555345611_803124.html
  16. Remember the Elia game well. Didn't we also sneak a point when Long got us a 2-2 back when Dutch Schteve McClaren was in charge?
  17. Pellegrino was effective at Alaves too. What didn't make sense was how he was presented to us: None of that was true. He's clearly a pragmatic coach who's a bit like a Spanish Gary Rowett (& I don't mean that as a slur).
  18. Mitchell apparently making a decision on his future at the end of the season. (With Utd / Chelsea / Arsenal interested in his services). https://www.skysports.com/transfer/news/11095/11693905/paul-mitchell-to-make-summer-decision-on-rb-leipzig-future
  19. & that we're starting to sign British by targeting Canadian international Scott Arfield
  20. Yeah, would like Cardiff to go. The St Mary's defeat haunts me & the way they've handled the Sala situation recently makes me think they deserve to go.
  21. Agree. I think he knew what he was doing.
  22. I'm aware £40m is mental! - Villa wanted £40m for Grealish a year ago. Maddison went for £25m a year ago & lets be honest, prices haven't dropped.
  23. If true, a massive bonus. Impressive side.
