Voted Pellegrini but think it will be Puel. Not one person seems to tick every box we want. But I'd go for Pellegrini - Proven pedigree & will have the experience to keep us on an even keel. I think he'll add another string to their bow. He's a pure destroyer & they don't really have that. Also free's up Dier to drop back into a defence if needed. I think Vic will win them points in Europe against the bigger sides. We know how effective he is for us when you're up against it.
