I think a lot of people can not afford or are available to go to every game and have to pick which games they can go too. If I was in their position I would choose the more glamorous games, I am a season ticket holder and I don't always go to cup games that cost me extra unless the team is a big team that I really want to watch. I just like to see the ground as full as it can be.
