I figured he was more worried about corks yellow card. Cork puts himself about which means he is bound to pick up the odd yellow.

Nigel said in his programme notes that the players are going to have there fitness tested at southampton uni over the international break with a view to seeing if thier fitness programmes need adjusting. Things really have moved on from the days of MLT stopping off to have a Mac Ds breakfast before a match.

well we've done a lot better than I thought we would.......

Great result but very much a game of two halves. We were very poor first half, sloppy passing, dwelling on the ball in dangerous areas and generally looking second best (apart from Cork who was fantastic). The defence seemed to put itself under un-needed pressure with sloppy mistakes. We got away with it when a watford player got clean through and then slipped on the ball when he looked certain to score. The 1st penalty was won by the Northam I reckon, looked like the ref wasn't going to give anything till the Northam roared. Second half we were like a different team, some fantastic football. Made up for Lee holmes great goal the whole team looked really pleased for him. Couldn't believe how much time Guly got on the ball for his goal. Watford seemed to deflate as the second half wore on while we just got stronger and stronger. Well done NA. Well done players.

Agree totally. My only concern was if Nigel could cut it this season (and he's shoved that right down my throat). I think he's a great guy but his interviews leave me a bit meh........the best bit about that piece on the beeb was the quickfire questions at the end just for a second you got to see the guy behind the carefully guarded interviews. Good stuff. 3pts this afternoon please Nigel.

Sorry whats MLT done wrong here? I assume his tweet is a fact (if it's a lie I'll stand corrected). OK the surprise surprise bit was a little snide but I've read far worse said about NC on here than that. I've tried to stay away from the whole MLT/Nc thing up to now but i'm not sure MLT tweeting a fact about the club that will no doubt be common knowledge soon is reason for him to go away.

I agree. I think NA rates Harding some have said that Fox's price tag means he will be an automatic first choice, I can't see Nigel thinking like that TBH.
