  1. Not yet. I'm annoyed we seem to have made hard it for ourselves this season but were not out of this by a long shot.
  2. Chill pill? kind of sums up your two posts there. As Voltaire said "Think for yourselves and let others enjoy the privilege to do so too"
  3. Personally I thought point wasn't great against a team on a who have failed to win in something like 9 game. On the other hand an away point isn't awful. The thing I find most annoying isn't the wrist slashers, I get were they're coming from, but the sanctimonious everything is great all the time brigade. Who leap about telling everybody else how they must feel after every match. Sometimes just sometimes after a poor result I feel ****ed off, I'm not the only one I'm sure. So having someone trying to tell that saints are amazing and were great when it was clear they weren't ****es me off no end, just as much as someone finding loads of faults after saints beat someone 4-0.
  4. Yes I'm always bemused by people who think games in hand are as good as won.
  5. Not great not bad. I came in after a night out with (non football) mates clicked on the beeb for the result as soon as I saw BWP grinning mug I knew it wasn't going to be great news. A point away from home ain't terrible. Lallana and chambo injuried might well be though. Hopefully we will smash them at SMS in the return match.
  6. F ucK me who died and made you god? Saints fans ****ed off and upset they didn't win after conceding in the last five miniutes shocker. When will people learn that the after match thread is were people let all their anger out give it a couple of days and they will have all calmed down. Why do we always have the righteous brigade telling people they can't be upset about the result of a saints match?
  7. Stadium MK is always like that......
  8. Yet they managed to keep a clean sheet, against free scoring posh......... Personally thought they looked a million times better than the Dons team we faced last season
  9. Think the Dons might be a different prospect at SMS this season?
  10. Get the **** in well done Dons!!!!!!!!
  11. how the hell did the dons miss that?
  12. I thought the same thing................... to long surpporting saints
  13. I can't believe they got rid of Willie Gurret from last season, I've never seen a keeper get so flustered at SMS as he did last season.
  14. MK are coming more into it............they're better than the shower they were last season. Still think Chambo is going to rip wotsit apart when they come to SMS though
  15. Dons win in a tatsy derby (of sorts ) Posh plyers get a bit slap happy and Boyd and CMS both get sent off with straight reds and a three match ban. Followed by us routing Charlton 6-0 tommorrow. Jobs a good'un.
  16. Fair assement. I felt that wednesday were more threatening in the first half, although quaility was lacking on both sides HTBH.
  17. Usual pants first half followed by good second half which seems to be becoming the norm for us. Lamberts goal was brilliant he just needs to be in those sort of places more often. Atmosphere was good, second half even my sleepy little part of the chapel had a bit of singing going on. Ref seemed a tad basis was does Lambert have to do to get a free kick? Pretty enjoyable match all in all.
  18. ^^^ I used to always make an effort to read/listen to our managers after match ramblings. Nigel's all just sound the same now so I've stopped bothering. His interviews are pretty annoying but as long as he is winning who cares?
  19. Out of interest is this the sponsorship deal that the dark forces of evil tried to undermine as mentioned by NC in that interview with the BBC? to quote "This is a deliberate attempt to damage the club at this time because we're in negotiations with players and a very important [potential sponsorship] brand."
  20. Amazing they don't have any of the top four losing another game this season (other than hudders losing to Brighton) I'd be pretty surprised if Saints, Brighton, Posh and Hudders only lost one more game between the four of them this season.
  21. but were missing a midfield general ............like Lloyd James and a quaility centre back like Wayne Thomas... TBF I think the main bone of contention was Antonio and Papa can't help but think the squad would have been better for keeping at least one of them (Antonio mainly) but it wasn't to be.
  22. now that would be bleedin' funny
  23. Ok my case was extreme but the point holds there are certain companies with ethics that I wouldn't wanted associated with the club so to a point yes it does make a difference to me. Would I buy a shirt with the logo of a company I was unhappy with for ethical reasons and give them free sponsorship every time I wore it? No I wouldn't. The new sponsoring company I have no problem with so in effect no it makes no difference to me in this case.
  24. Do you really care what other fans think about us? If NC gets his were going to be winners so you'd better get used to other fans hating us just the same way everyone hates manure and chelski. TBH I really couldn't care less what other clubs fans think of us, in fact it normally makes for a better atmosphere at SMS when the away fans have got their knickers in a twist over us.
  25. Wierdly enough this is a saints board for saints fans. So we disscuss many different opinions on err saints amazingly we actually think our club is pretty great and most other clubs well.......aren't. Which is why I find it kind of strange that fans of other clubs come on here (not only to read but actually comment) and get upset about the things that are said. I'm pretty sure if I could be arsed to go on a hudders message board I'd find plenty of crap posted there too. The fact you got upset enough to comment on our board speaks more about you than us.
