It would appear that some supporters and Ralph are now judging performances on the manner of defeats as a positive to be taken from so many poor results. This is now what we are reduced to under Ralph. To take positives as a matter of fact from so many defeats is surely not acceptable or, have we fallen that far…. It is unbelievable that the owners are satisfied to continue with the current level of management and acceptance of poor performance throughout the club. As an aside it appears that Semmens is far too cozy with Ralph, emotionally attached and both should go. IMO Semmens is not ambitious enough and has been allowed to get comfortable and promote very low expectations throughout the club. if Ralph should go ( He Should) then Semmens has to go too, he is complicit.

This is Ralph tactics to play the midfield far too advanced ! It’s classic Ralph and after four years it is still exactly the same… Coupled with two up front we have no midfield. Ralph seems completely blind or stubborn to the tactical mess.

Who picks and coaches the players?

Would any of those managers have accepted mediocrity? No they wouldn’t! Let’s talk about more recent history where standards and expectation are now pretty low …. Some supporters seem to think that is cool….

Even if we signed a decent centre forward and he played well Ralph would definitely drop him next game! That team he picked last night was totally bizarre and it’s not the first time, it’s actually nearly every time! Ralph is pig headed and it’s hurting us.

Ralph - Continues with absolute ridiculous team selections. Cries out for investment, gets it and plays the usual non existent players he’s had for years. Doesn’t keep selecting players that play well in certain positions and has favourites !!! He is basically shit! Hopefully this ownership will ship him out … It’s just more and more of the same ….

Yes but the whole issue with both systems is we have to many players to far advanced leaving two at the back or even three slow central defenders. Either way it’s Ralph’s coaching which is at fault and not the systems as such. Ralph just doesn’t seem to give the players enough instruction and hence they look bewildered most of the time. The problem is Ralph and not systems ..

This defeatist attitude starts at the top with Semmens! He is responsible for this rank unacceptable attitude of we are fortunate to even grace the league let alone win any games. Both Semmens and Ralph are constantly making excuses for poor performance and it isn’t good enough if you want to be successful, both should be feeling the heat from what I presumed were ambitious new owners….

It is not only the tactics, non existent coaching and player selections it is Ralph’s lack of positive language. All we get now is ‘it will be tough’ Tottenham, West Ham or whoever are superior to us, the lack of a winning mentality from Ralph is not acceptable… Ralph is not motivating and nor are his bosses in the club. There is in fact a losing mentality and Ralph is on board with the culture and uses it regularly to hide his own inadequacy and promote a total lack of expectation.
