I imagine that this will be quite a hefty sum. Often it is the failure to pay this that causes financially stricken clubs to have problems with the taxman (and the subsequent further point deductions if no CVA is reached). So next week is going to be quite a strain on the cashflow!!! This afternoon goes to show how desperately we need Size. It was 1-1 when he went off & Lancashire replaced him. 10 minutes later it was 3-1. A great saint - but he hadn't taken his happy pills today. Listening to him between 2 and half past before the match today made me feel pretty suicidal. I know that its academic now but he & the muppet who was on today kept on banging on that Forest's goal difference was +4 better than ours. They didn't seem to realise that if we beat them next week by 2 goals it would be the same. Then he went on and on and on again about how our football in the first half of the season had been pretty to watch but lacked a cutting edge. I happen to agree with him but I didn't want to hear him going on about it for the umpteenth time less than 40 minutes from a very important game. If he gets a job at the club I really hope that it is nothing to do with the pre match teamtalk!!
