  1. Last time I was there I did laugh at 'Wheels on your house go round and round'
  2. I have - I went to the 4-2 defeat, but loved the inflatable skates and banners about ladies in Portsmouth looking slightly dishevelled in the streets!
  3. Looks like a rugby match!
  4. With Bart = 3-1 Pompey win Without Bart = 2-1 Saints win I honestly think he won't cope with the biggest game of the year.
  5. I agree - but I think he can't do big games. Forecast is worth a place IMHO.
  6. Now that we have had time for the dust to settle over Bart and his performance (or lack of) has had a chance to be forgiven and the seeds of optimism have been allowed to flow again at the sight of Saints increasing their lead at the top regardless, does anyone still want to see Bart playing in goal? … currently I don't.
  7. Totally agree - League 1 or 2.
  8. Amazing. You play crap and still increase your lead at the top.
  9. Good post. But, if BArt plays against Pompey i shall be questioning our manager's decision.
  10. Correct. I remember that too.
  11. Its not one bad game though to be fair. He can't raise his game to the arena.
  12. 100% correct.
  13. I think Bart has been consistently unreliable during major games to be honest. Sorry, but I've always been a little concerned about our goalkeepers (including Kelvin). We need to let Bart go IMHO.
  14. Bart needs to be dropped I'm afraid. So proud of our outfield players though. Chance for someone else to prove themselves. As Nigel Adkins says - he may be able to do well in training but if you can't do it in the arena you're out.
  15. I can't watch anymore.
  16. Bart needs to be released. Utterly useless. I've always thought we were riding our luck with or keepers; opinion proven.
  17. They'll be knackered in the second half…. but watch for the Super Kev substitution to change the game. We need to batter them early!
  18. We need goalkeepers if we go up.
  19. Wotte load of rubbish, I can think of another poor coach. Now Wotte was his name?
  20. Just wondering… anyone think Ian Holloway looks a little like Gollum from Lord of the Rings in this picture of him below?
  21. I have to say there is a certain manager I want to see even more upset looking than a certain Brighton manager after this game…. and it's not Nigel Adkins!
  22. Even if this is true - it's still time to speculate to accumulate. We're in a strong position to promote - stronger than any CCC side - so with minor investment we'll reap millions. There is no point in football in hoping for the next season - you must grab the moment - there are no guarantees there will not be 3 better sides next season. NC and the gang must look for investors now - no plc mind! - and push on. I believe he has the ambition. But, I do not believe we have the ability to retain players like Lallana for example if we do not promote. I'm also interested to know where the £s from Oxlade Chamberlain are if we have nothing to invest? Do tell us Adam Leich...
  23. You may be right - most cash comes of course from the TV rights. I'd like to hope that SFC would have at least offered, although it does seem that some of the stewards are Saints so perhaps we have.
  24. Nice to see the odd Saints fan overtly in the crowd (even if everyone in Totton is really!) Seems a shame that Totton could have sold many many more tickets but couldn't due to ground size. Is there a reason why SMS could not have been made available to boost their big pay day? After all, many Saints fans would've come out to support them if they had used SMS. Shame - but no doubt a good reason prevented the use of SMS, like no-one asked, thought about it or the FA won't allow it.
