If people haven't got a bet on for Saints to win the league they're mad! We can do this. What's more we have a fighting fund for reinforcements in January. West Ham? No chance!

They are scared of Rickie! So they should… and the rest. We can beat them 4-0 on Tuesday if we want to. West Ham are a Championship Club, we are Premier League! To be fair, I think this is the test of the season so far. West Ham are good, but we are better. 5 points clear at the top of the league by Wednesday is my prediction. I think we'll win 3-1.

Fair one! Part of me would love to hear 32000 Saints shouting 'Beats, Beats Beats!' after his first goal for the Club again. But head rules heart. Give him a trial but in Adkins we trust thereafter.

He's worth a trial. But, frankly he left with attitude, he's only any good when super fit (he's now 33) and he's failed at every team he's joined since his two cracking seasons with Saints. I don't think he'd last 15 mins with Nigel frankly.

It won't make a great deal of difference, but it may mean that if you're in a pub watching a game you'll pay a few pence less for a pint to go with it. Good news IMHO, provided Sky don't use it as an excuse to hump up home subscription charges next year.
