We’ve also started announcing away ticket information and putting them on sale the same day! You usually used to get a few days notice. A couple of times I’ve only realised they’re on sale because I’ve seen someone on twitter talking about it. Considering their job is to sell tickets, they do a terrible job of it. This is exactly the sort of thing saints voice should be addressing but instead they rather concentrate on grassing up their own fans.
