According to GTTR annual statistics, 26500 people were placed on a teacher training course last year in this country. We'll says that the same amount have got a place this year, although I know it'll be lower as their are fewer places. Each of those 26500 people would have been getting an average bursary of about £5000, which they have now totally removed from this September. That has saved the governement about £132million, still some £518million less then they are giving Pakistan for their own teacher training. As a prospective teacher who'll be training full time from September for absolutely nothing, I find it truely baffling. I've paid my taxes and i'm entitled to nothing, yet i'll be safe in the knowledge someone in Pakistan gets it scot free. I'm not totally against foreign aid, but given the circumstances, and how much Michael Gove is screwing the teaching profession over, I find it disgraceful.

It's nice to know we can still manage to give Pakistan £650million for "teacher training and the building of schools". This coming from a government who have cut the majority of UK PGCE bursaries to £0, and pretty much cancelled the school building project, all because we are "broke". Hmm....

Am I the only one who thinks 20k is pretty rubbish? We are in the crunch of the season, away games are selling out left right and centre, this is a crucial game in hand and we've won the last 5 at home... Sod the poxy Champions League.

Apparantly, bodies have been found still pretty much intact, strapped into their seats. The cold of the Atlantic and the depth has prevented much decay. Lets hope they can finally solve this mystery. Horrible seeing those photos, the A330 is a stunning plane too.

Out of all of our remaining games i'm most worried about Rochdale. They are a decent team espicially at home, that'll be one hell of a tough game. I'm expecting 6 out of 6 from the next two if i'm honest. After Rochdale, god knows...

Don't worry, i'm outweighing it by going, i've not seen us lose in the league this season and i've been to about 25 games so far. Saying that, something has to give if we both go tonight!

To be fair to Lambert, in the diamond formation he is probably told to do this by Adkins. The two CF's play wide apart creating space through the middle for the "front" of the diamond. It frustrated the hell out of me though, his best position is inside the 6 yard box.

IF we do go up this season, we wouldn't have done it without him. He has carryed us in numerous games, and I think Cortese and Adkins deserve credit for keeping him here, although he actually comes across as intelligent in his interviews so that probably helped too. He's the first player since Le Tiss who can win us a game pretty much on his own.

I pray to god they'll open up Blocks 1-3 next season, best part of the ground bar none.

I've only ever known it as an absolute hole. Shops don't stand a chance down there what with Above Bar and West Quay, nobody ever bother venturing that far.

And to think CMS won L1 player of the year, what an injustice. Lallana has been a class above all season.
