  1. How dare you! You obviously haven't read this thread properly! If the thread doesn't interest you then don't post on it! ;-)
  2. He would be correct.
  3. Even if he is registered to another club, I think we should still give it to him, or retire the shirt in homage to the memory he left in all our hearts during that wonderful season.
  4. I would have thought Bernard would have requested it.
  5. No number 9. Odd. Wonder who will be taking that.
  6. I am always glad to help. Should you have any problems with this in the future please don't hesitate to contact me. Default Should you have a legitimate problem such as this, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will do anything in my power to help you out. Self centred ****.
  7. I did read the whole thread actually, and yes you are right its a sweeping statement. So, here's my two pence. Car parking has always been at best poor value at the club, and a waste of money at best, it's nothing new. It's easy to park within a 15 min walk from the stadium and was even in the prem, we had parking for one season (the first or second at st marys I think) and then always parked up by fox's (what used to be the land rover/jaguar place the other side of the bridge), or in a million other places that you can find. It's actually quicker to park further away and walk and avoiding the traffic around the ground than it is to park closer. If you or anyone else is having legitimate problems walking to the ground, do yourselves, and everyone else, a favor and go to the doctors and get a blue badge, then park wherever you like. Moaning on a forum isn't exactly going to solve the problem.
  8. I hope none of the northern clubs see this. They would be ****ing themselves laughing at the soft southerners who couldn't possibly walk to the ground.
  9. Oh well. Try a crossbow.
  10. Phone the RSPB and ask. I suspect there will be certain months where you can't due to breeding times. Why don't you just rent a longer ladder???
  11. Is KD worth what we would charge for him? Can't see us letting him go on the cheap.
  12. Does anyone know if they will appeal against the sentences?
  13. This thread is pointless, anyone who has an opinion that is different to Turkish's or Sour Mash's is just told they "haven’t got a clue" or don't know what they are talking about. It's not a discussion or a debate anymore. "If you bother to read the thread properly," It's just 13 pages of people being told their opinion is wrong because they agree with the sentencing or the way the police acted. So to summarise, everyone agrees what they did is wrong. Some people think the police should be held accountable because they disagree with the way they handled it, others think the police hold no blame. Some people think the sentence is fair, others think it is over the top. The majority agree there is some problem with consistency in sentencing in UK courts, whether this opinion is in the favour of the accused in this case or against the sentencing of other culprits in other cases is however, disputed. Does anyone know who we are going to sign next?
  14. If you are working somewhere and £30,000 worth of damage is caused there at the time, I am pretty sure they would feel threatened, and the point you were making was that it wouldn’t have an impact, which obviously it would, as you have just stated in your second; contradictory post. FWIW I agree that there is a lack of consistency in the English and Welsh justice system (know nothing about the separate Scottish courts) in terms of sentencing. However, blaming the police for the incident or playing the incident down is not a valid argument, its like blaming tree’s for global warming because they don’t convert enough CO2 into oxygen.
  15. Pretty sure it ruined the day of the Saints Fans who work at Freebourne Garages! What about if you had to get past this group with children on your way home and they were half scared to death? What if you don't like violence and seeing it ruined your day? What about if you were a Saints supporting Policeman getting a chair thrown at you by a bunch of idiots? It's pretty easy for someone of average intelligence to think of some reasons why this may have ruined the experience of Saints fans at the game.
  16. They ripped the hub caps and wing mirrors off of the garages cars... causing £30,000 worth of damage and probably much more cost in terms of the work the people at the garage must have had to do afterwards. Sorry its the people, who are almost certainly other Saints Fans, who had to pick up the pieces afterwards that I feel sorry for. Mindless idiots like this deserve to be in jail and prevented from breeding, they are polluting the gene pool.
  17. Heskey is in our starting line up. Did anyone really think we were going to do well?
  18. Never been a fan of Ingerland since Le God was left out. SFC is much more important to me.
  19. I would literally castrate anyone near me who used one of those things at SMS.
  20. My mate does it all the time, but thats within EU
  21. That made me laugh.
  22. Sorry but teams like Norwich, Leeds and Charlton weren't much of a problem for us last season. It's the teams with less talent and more muscle that will cause us problems again.
  23. that's horrible
  24. I would want him back, and in the number 7 shirt, as my user name suggests.
