  1. I'm a dog man through and through (the hairy 4 legged type) although I'll never own a cat I do find them interesting and fun animals and find cat kicking an amusing past time for people venting frustrations
  2. Pros - playfull - low maintenance - cat nip - lol cats Cons - aloof - sleep on work surfaces - eat birds - craps in other people gardens (maybe a pro if you're an owner)
  3. Was most amused to see the boards slowly disappearing over the ensuing weeks after their installation until the council bods were back to 'nail em up' and screw them in place. They slow the unitiated but not me, they're a few boards short to stop me keeping traffic flowing. Never seen any accidents there so spend the money on the schools and hospitals you fkcing numpty council fecks.
  4. Why use a carcass, get in there before the slaughter house I say
  5. Level 42 you pillow biter
  6. Cracking on sooo many levels http://acidcow.com/video/15834-base_jumper_vs_cop.html
  7. I had quite a few as a younster: Count the words on the page of my comic before sleep so I didn't have bad dreams Look up at the ceiling and count to ten - no reason Check my bedroom in a fastidous and absolute routine manner for big hairy house spiders (this was prompted by an infestation of the buggers where I found one every night for months) I'm now generally cured although I prefer the following: the toilet roll has to be on the hook the right way round and my car stereo to be on an even number (nb number 5 is acceptable but not preferred) Well you did ask
  8. Looked at them but after having trouble free motoring with the Passat I'm a bit worried about the quirky problems with the French cars. Parents had fun and games solving an electrical problem with their Megane, shame as it's a nice drive and great mpg.
  9. So I'm looking at replacing my trusty old W reg Passat TDI estate as it reaches it's 200,000 mile marker. It's still going strong but a few niggly problems makes me think it's time to get what I can for it. I do over 1600 miles a month so it's got to be a cruiser, take high mileage and be effecient. Be interested to hear from any owners of the following cars and what recommendations you have. Budget £5-7K Shortlist - all estates, all diesels: Another Passat Audi A4 Mazda 6 Mondeo (newer model)
  10. Ref. movable wings there a good run down on scenarios on the McLaren blog: http://mclaren.com/search?q=blog I reckon it's gonna mix it right up, also some big offs.
  11. They are massive but anymore than a handfull and we're talking thumbstrain
  12. Sounds like a sexual euphemism to me
  13. Go for it. They want to keep customers so they'll do plenty to keep you. You'll need to hold your nerve as they'll offer more services for the same money but keep to the 'I want to cancel due to money concerns', you'll get put through to other negotiators but even if you stand your ground and start the cancelling process they'll probaby call you back a few days later with a deal. It's not guaranteed but worth a punt, I'm still enjoying discounts from 3 years ago.
  14. WTF and you called 'me' a fcking mongtard?
  15. I guess it's like doing your missus up the sh1tter and then getting off on your own a-hole.............same goes for the mouth/hand/breasticles/armpit/thighs/feet.....................................

  20. I just don't get John Lennon, does nowt for me. A character that attracts idolisation is something I always question. Same with Bob Dylan to a degree................
  21. ^+1
  22. It's also an opportunity for the government to shift the landscape on how we do things. I'd be happy with the current set up if they reduced it somewhat once we we're back on a level footing but we all know that won't happen. There should be more business campuses set up by Uni's to harvest the talent and ideas into businesses and make money from that. I beleive Chilworth Business Park is along them lines. That said, Uni is not the door to a better job, if you can't afford it then get out there and work towards it, most companies look to take on people with basic skills to train up and soon pick up on the worthwhile individuals.
  23. Some are always going to want to move on and we'll get a wedge for them that will get ploughed back in. The new training centre, regime in place to run it and focus on all aspects of their developement (not just football) will see us keeping more than we used to, espcially if we keep moving onwards and upwards which we were not doing before hand.
  24. As NC is usually a closed book this interview is a revelation, like what I'm hearing from him and all looks to be well in the camp. Let's hope it keeps moving in the correct direction, I have faith that it will...................
  25. Maldonado comes to Williams with 10 million euros of sponsorship, blimey. Crazy that these days drivers are picked on what omey they can bring with them.
