Thinking about this game and it is going to be an interesting contest. Leicester are really fired up, more so than the Saints I would expect. Having said that if we can weather the inevitable blitz in the first 20 minutes it could create space for us to counter attack. I was going to say that we have struggled when teams 'park the bus' but then again we struggled against Sunderland that played a high tempo game. Perhaps it comes down to the will to win and I reckon Leicester have more to gain than us ?

Exactly. I am not sure that being in the Europa is at all worth it. Swansea welcome to finish 7th or Villa the Cup.

I think they have turned the corner and established themselves as mid to lower 4th Division club for many years to come. Whilst promotion looks unlikely, relegation is not quite as certain as it was. No doubt the footballing world will be using this 'fan' based club as the blueprint for achieving lower league stability.

Which team wants the win the most ? Leicester, surely. Which team has most at stake ? Leicester. Leicester will make the extra yard, be prepared to go into crunching tackles. Our players will want to avoid an injury just before their holidays. Also, are they really bothered about qualification for the Europa Cup ? Is the club that bothered ? All points to a Leicester win unless RK can motivate them and sting the Saints into a reply after the Sunderland result.

We have had a great season and I would say the same thing even if we finish 8th. Ronald Koeman, well done and lets hope for another good season next year. I will be happy, as always, to simply stay in the PL.

LOL. I think you have hit the nail on the head. I think most Premier League managers know they have a time limit. Then they get the sack, often with a big pay off, before joining another club 6 months later. It is like a merry go round and I am sure they see getting the sack as an occupational hazard.

Oh....forgot Arsenil are also pretty much guaranteed prem future as well.

Apart from Manure, Citeh, Chelski, Scousehampton and possibly Spuds the first objective of all the Premier Clubs will be to stay in the League. So, I suppose our objective is not that different from Bournemouth, but perhaps with a few bells and whistles.
