I agree with John Boy, teams will not make it easy for Saints. We have to learn to be patient and break teams down. In their heyday Liverpool had the ability to draw out lesser teams and then strike effetively on the break. Once they got the first vital goal, the demolition began as the opposition lost confidence.

The appointment of Sturrock over Hoddle and the events surrounding that decision is one of the most controversial and significant events in the history of SFC. It cannot be glossed over and will need to addressed when future assessments are made. The part played by a small minority of vocal fans was significant.
