Surely he can't be thinking Glen Johnson is the answer? Joe Cole?! Really!?

Why shouldn't i buy one? I quite like them, they look alright, £35 a year tax. Anyone got any negatives? Looking around i can get a 56plate with about 60k on for less than £7k. Bargain?! I currently have a Astra Bertone 1.8 that ****s me off more than my ant infested Golf used to (for those that remember my Golf related posts....)

Hopefully Hammond gets sold though, barely top half CCC standard. Paul Robinson from Blackburn would be an excellent signing IMO.

Di Santo is a quality player i reckon. Perfect no10 striker. Needs to be getting 10+ a season though, which at a club that wasn't struggling like Wigan i think he would -

Cloud is the backend **** you don't have to worry about, it's hosted offsite and depending on your contract supported off site as well. For example, this site is hosted 'in the cloud' there isn't a server in Steve or Baj's living room, the hardware is hosted elsewhere and they have access in. Virtualisation is as has been mentioned using one piece of hardware (ignoring clusters etc) to run multiple instances. In Virtualisation you have a Host (the OS on the actual hardware, be it VMWare, MS Server 2008 with Hyper-V etc) and then you have Guests (or VM's) that are running virtually on the Host. Depending on resources you could replace 100's of physical servers with a handful of Hosts

been in IT for 7years......few certs, but loads of exposure to new tech and running and implementing projects. Got N+, it'sa bout 8years out of date (unless its been reformed) Start with MCITP Enterprise Desktop Support Technician which will get you au fait with desktops and advanced features, then do an A.D course, and a networking course, maybe not CCNA because it will BLOW YOUR MIND but something to introduce you to TCP/IP and the OSI model. Then do any of- Sharepoint (loads of work as contractors if you are a guru) SQL (DBA's do alright.....) Citrix And do as said before, specialise. Consultants do ok, but generally have to deal with **** as well as fun implementations and new tech
