  3. Hat-trick!!! Lambooooooooooooo
  4. ''well this player really does have a serious injury, well a cut anyway.''
  5. i ignore everything he says, it's usually some drunken woffle.
  6. come on lambo.... 2-0!!!! 29 goals for Rickie in all comps!
  7. penalty! well played fonte.
  8. yellow card for an ''off the ball incident'' - apparently MK Dons lad elbowed barnard
  9. or set the play up with his distribution, making saves is not important!
  10. we need to replace Davis IMO, not good enough.
  11. i knew he'd score....! never goes more than 2 games without a goal, utter legend.
  12. No wins pointless, there's nothing to really play for now, but it will still be nice to finish 8th/9th.
  13. The fact we spent (up to) 1.2m on him, makes me feel a bit sick.
  14. Hodgson is one of the best managers in world football, he has done complete miracles there and fulham are the luckiest club in the world to have him. Their squad is on a similar level to the likes of Sunderland, Birmingham etc - yet he has got them all playing at a fantastic level. Baird has come on leaps and bounds under him, so has Zamora. I didn't expect Baird to be playing and winning in a 2 leg tie with Juve when he left for fulham!
  15. any moron with any sense/money would choose another club over the skates! they can keep dreaming about getting a new stadium etc - but it will never happen, they are ruined for years to come.
  16. and soon to be, so is - Boss Gary Johnson set to leave Bristol City
  17. Don't judge puncheon just on last night.. He is a class player, as he's shown against Huddersfield and Leeds. Last night he was not allowed the space to operate, and im sure he'll even admit he had a bit of a stinker. He is still one of our most important attacking players and it will be a blow if he's out.
  18. there's another thread on pompey online too. apparently during the meeting the fans had with their new ''owner'' (lol) they discussed the Horsea island development. There is a thread (serious) discussiong if they should incorporate a chelsea style village into the new stadium. they make me laugh, they really have no grip on reality at all. They will be in that shed for years to come, dropping down the leagues.
  19. they'll be lucky to avoid any deductions for next season.
  20. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/p/portsmouth/tables/default.stm nice
  21. +1!!!! please...make that stop. Only one more game left for it i suppose. I believe that was a request from Nicola and co though! He's a decent bloke, but i hope Nicola is already planning on replacing Stuart dennis for next season.
  22. tbh the problem is not having a consistent partner alongside Morgan, people that go to the matches (that isn't a dig at you btw) will recognise that Morgan is much more aggressive this year, it's an area of the game he's worked on and was one of the only players last night to be in the swindon players faces all game, nicking the ball off them. The problem last night was his partner, and has been the case for the other games we've lost and the midfield have gone missing. This isn't a slate-hammond-post or anything, but i just think he needs to either improve his consistency - or be replaced.
  23. lol not got a pot to **** in springs to mind. if they cannot put together £3m, then they have no chance. At the end of the day, as people have been saying, any investor with credibility and real ''cash'' is more likely to wait for a club like Newcastle to come back on the market, or go in with a bid for a club like Cardiff/Crystal Palace - even those 2 clubs have more of an infrastructure than Pompey.
  24. Morgan was probably our brightest player last night, the one player that looked alert and was actually trying to win the ball. If we did sell him for a cut-priced fee as you say, you watch us look on in envy as he becomes one of the best midfielders in the premier league. He can potentially become that good. The problem last night stemmed from Hammond, who IMO the jury is out on. I do like him, but recently he has had too many off-days and if i was Pard's i would seriously consider bringing in another midfielder to challenge him for his place. I lost count of the amount of passes he gave away last night, he really had a total shocker.
