The wave hasn't disappeared according to reports MB. the Hawaiian islands have been given 1 hour to evacuate. list of all countries on alert: (as far widepsread as Alaska/Russia) http://www.prh.noaa.gov/ptwc/messages/pacific/2010/pacific.2010.02.27.104329.txt ****ing awful

it was a direct quote from the administrator guy. he's approached the PL about stopping the -9 point penalty, the PL were ''muted'' on the matter, and it will be discussed next week. shouldn't even be anything to discuss tbh.
-
you really are an idiot. are you going, or do you have commitments with your season ticket at arsenal? you should sod off and infect their message boards with your insane drivel.

'''Clubs like Portsmouth have a tremendous local following. It's a great club with lots of people who enjoy watching them. If they are no longer able to play football, it is a sad loss for the local community.'' lol
-
slightly different with us, as the argument was that it was the holding company in admin (SLH) - not the football club (which was a sub entity) with Portsmouth - the football club is in administration.

the points penalty isn't confirmed until the PL meet next week. Personally they haven't got a chance of overturning the points penalty IMO - if they stay at 16 points, have a good end to the season stay in the division....the PL will be sued left, right and center by the relegated teams. they just want to get rid of them - i can imagine them giving them some parachute payments, and letting them sell players - but there is no way you can say ''don't take away our points'' - everyone else gets points taken off them, get over it.
-
they won't

being docked 9 points ''early days, we don't know if that will happen yet - discussions with PL next week'' errr, hello? it's the rules - don't you dare PL...

time to look back on a few ''first half'' highlights i think http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1207172/Sulaiman-Al-Fahim-insists-Portsmouth-takeover-track--ambassador-Diego-Maradona-100m-spend.html That was a good laugh..

just confirmed by storrie....he isn't standing down YET but he will ''tender his notice'' once the club is sold. so he'll never go then.

Saints v Walsall [formerly known as Warsaw] build up.
S-Clarke replied to supersonic's topic in The Saints
right footed i think, he could probably play in AMC higher up the leagues, but i would never play him in the middle in this division. He'd get gobbled up tbh. -
all being discussed in the greatest thread on the inteweb - http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=630128#post630128

watch him come out tomorrow and say ''i've had a change of heart, i owe this club to stick with it until the end''
-
just seen that - apparently they have 200k outstanding in tax, and are 800k in debt. that may seem a small sum to us, but a club like b'mouth have no way at all of paying that off at the moment. May be the end for them if they don't raise outside funds within 4 weeks...
-
it should never have been lifted in the first bloody place. point of putting it in place now? after the transfer window? good one PL.
-
i wouldn't be either tbh, and i'd be quite ****ed if it happens. Don't want us to turn into a QPR.
-
great post - agree with everything there.

''Maybe if the Revenue hadn't brought the action that they did, we might have carried on, who knows?'' wtf? yep, sorry peter - we should let you continue not paying your bills. bloody inland revenue for wanting their money. morons
-
he's a good little player too, may be available in the summer if charlton stay down.
-
i think we're still lacking in there. someone who will get the ball down and get us passing, someone who will drive forward from the middle and get goals. i.e danns....maybe we'll revisit it in the summer

Pardew - Time to act like the best team in the league
S-Clarke replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
i think it's far more sensible to judge him over after an 18 month stretch - which would take us up to xmas. we'll then have a clear idea of where we're going. i don't think that's unreasonable tbh
