Harsh, he's done really well there. The one problem he's had this year is the inability to strengthen the squad....if you have a settled/confident team you can get back to back promotions from L2 > L1 without adding too many players, but the champ. is another level...and i think he was pretty much laid out to dry by not being able to add to the team. No disrespect to Peterborough, but who can they attract with a similar rep.? I think they've just shot themselves in the foot.

i think the TV guys will be struggling to work out what to televise from that lot, load of rubbish draws.
-
crap draw, again northampton away
-
and charltons reserve GK has kept the score down with some stunning saves too
-
the least they deserve! should be 2/3-0 to northwich tbf. if this is all charlton have to offer (pretty much full strength), 3 more goals are on the way for us on wed.
-
Charlton look abysmal, pretty much full strength too! Let's hope they get a few knocks and a red card here and there too

fair enough....still can't see it tbf
-
that's Kevin Dillon they're on about...? unless i missed something.
-
all of his post match comments have been spot on, bar Swindon away possibly...where everyone had a bit of a mare a top top manager though IMO, you can see the respect all the players have towards him.
-
i didn't mean it as a criticism at the moment, just that really good teams on their bad days can grind out a scrappy 1-0 or even hold onto a 0-0 away - i'm not sure we can do that yet...
-
Notts' Co at home would be interesting. two teams, with two differing methods of getting to the prem from the lower leagues.
-
Championship sides and above don't come in until the 3rd round Still just L1/L2/Conf clubs.
-
3-1 rovers happy days

more insight from Rovers fans ''The annoying thing is we keep getting beaten by p*sspoor teams.Southampton are in that category but we cannot keep giving goals away like we are at the moment. last night you were p*sspoor. One thing I will say though is,its a bloody good job you've got Rickie because you sure as hell haven't got anything else.'' bloody bitter fans.
-
i read another ignorant comment on another forum (Brighton fan i think) ''we should be beating teams like southampton, they're in the bottom 4 for a reason'' err yes, 10 points. Idiot fans....they'll realise soon that they're the best team at this level.
-
lol he obviously didn't notice that every time we got the ball down and passed it, we looked a different level.
-
yeah her, the smile she kept making was really creepy. but they were all a bit odd tbh. 1 hour of my life i'll never get back.
-
that was the most pointless piece of TV ever....but it made me laugh what the hell was up with that woman as well? wouldn't feel safe around her tbh
-
i'm not used to it, a weird feeling. feels weird winning most weeks too...but i'll get used to it

Bristol Rovers 2- 3 Saints - You Tube of saints goals here
S-Clarke replied to Baj's topic in The Saints
cheers Baj. the more you see antonio..the better he looks. -
great reading, but we don't keep clean sheets...and if we have a bad day in front of goal, we'll loose...we don't seem to have it in us atm to grind out a 0-0...
-
good to learn a lesson and still win though. i'm confident pard's will never try that again.
-
no point focusing on it for hours, but it was odd that mills didn't come on - one for pard's to never try again, good lesson to be learnt... no worries though, we won.
-
lol it wouldn't be quite the same if saint's didn't make us sweat would it thats why we love them... we were still a cut above rovers anyway, shame we still can't keep a cleansheet.
