It's such a tricky balancing act, but the government are doing a lot to help all businesses. Will prob get further help going forward. I think without that clarity you'll still get commutes full of people, like we saw today on the tube.

I'm also a bit confused by some reactions I've seen on twitter, one post saying ''It's not lock-down, so I'm not staying in'' - I mean, what on gods earth do you have to do? Personally, I'd let those dicks go out and just taser the ****ers for 3 weeks non-stop. I would say that the 'going to work' element is a bit confusing and needs urgent clarity. What is essential to some isn't essential to others, what can be done remotely can't be done for others - and that's across all sectors. He just needs to say that the only people leaving the house for work should be key workers and that will put an end to the uncertainty - otherwise this is open to business interpretation (construction firms, docks, industry etc)

Most clubs, if not every club, will be feeling the same hit. The transfer market, if it ever 'happens', will be a non-event this year.

Unfortuntley, these people mean that we will be in a situation with law enforcement in public area's very, very soon. I haven't stock pilled, i haven't panicked, but I realised I've run out of a couple of bits. Went to the shops with the sole purpose of getting two things and there's nothing, just nothing. Supermarket staff I spoke to were just bewildered by people and what they have seen on a daily basis, there was someone being taken off with a bloody nose and the police in attendance (so i'm assuming another fight of sorts). All supermarkets in Southampton are reducing their opening hrs, but advised that people have been queuing 3 or 4 hours before opening just to get to the front of the line. Toilet rolls go off the shelves within the first 20 mins of opening. There are too many leeches in this socitey, people who are absolutely ignorant to anyone else - and it's those sorts who will cause the carnage which is coming, not the virus.

I don't think we'll come out of this with anything the same to be honest. Life as we knew it is gone. That includes football.

I don't see it. I see a kid with a hot head, poor positional sense, poor judgement and no strength. Needs a few seasons in the lower leagues.

He's not in the team to work hard or put in a shift defensively, he's in the team to create and be that spark which opens teams up and helps us create. He doesn't do that, and has very rarely done that for us. It was his chance yesterday to really stamp his authority on the game in an attacking sense, given he was the only attacking midfielder left in the side. He didn't. He flattered as per usual, and he needs to be gone out of the door asap in the summer.

That's my main gripe with tackles like that, there's no consistency employed. To the letter of the law both VAR checks y/day were correct, but it's how similar situations like those yesterday go unpunished which frustrates.

People talking as if this news means it's happening, and things are coming to an end. But the reality is that we've probably got a good few years of stories like this, whilst we struggle to sell. Kat was trying to sell us for years remember, as soon as she got her hands on us really, but the best we could get was Gao. It's a long road ahead to rid ourselves of Gao, but at least this is a start I guess - but just don't get excited too soon, there's a lot of years ahead of us yet.

At least we sorted the RB position out in January.

The recurring theme with Boufal 'Frustrating, he could offer me' - he can't though, can he. It's been years of the same from him, flattering. He is not suited to this league, end of. He will never, ever be a success in this league. He'll be a decent player in another league, but he's never a £20m player as we shelled out.

The club should honestly refund fans an entire season of home games. It is an utter, utter, utter shambles at home. Every.single.week. I've had enough of the **** show. 100% no season ticket for me next year, and I can gaurentee others will say the same. Same old **** really, lots of huff and puff, no real quality and no real openings in the 2nd half. Once Mousa was sent off, it was all on Boufal - his chance to show us why we kept him, why we spent £20m on him, and why he's supposedly so highly rated. He didn't show anything and was the usual Boufal we've all come to know and not love. He needs to go in the summer and we need to get someone who is actually suited to this league. We were lucky with the other results today, so no damage has really been done. But whatever happens, it's a truly depressing and worthless experience watching us try to play football at home.

PEH will be gone in the summer, £30m I reckon. We'd have been talking with him for the last year I reckon, so the fact it's got to this stage and he's still not sure screams volumes to me. Spurs will probably come calling again in the summer, he will be added to the defectors list and we can use the £30m to extend longs contract until 2049

Also, just as a bit of perspective, I guess it shows spending £££££££ doesn't equal anything - Villa spent £130m in the summer, people fairly confident that they'd be pushing for mid-table. But like Fulham the previous year, it was a case of spending too much at once on too many players. (and maybe the wrong sorts). They may still stay up, but they'll be struggling till the death and they have spent a mini fortune.

Villa were shockingly bad, I was so worried when we didn't get the 3 or 4 our performance deserved on that first half. We really should have had that game done, dusted and finished after about 40 mins. Not our day in front of goal, but Villa were so dire it didn't really matter. 34 points, 12th in the league, 10 pts clear inc. GD - it will take something out of this universe for us to be worrying about that end now.

I thought he did alright when he came on. Let's be honest, he did everything to score....just someone on the line. Just typical how his luck is going. An awesome cross field though to free Armstrong, that was really good.

He's come on leaps and bounds over the last 18 months. A very talented English PL player now, will be attracting the attention of a lot around us. His appearances count at his age is utterly remarkable.

It will be extraordinarily unlikely given where we are now and who we have to play, but it doesn't take much to be sucked in out of no where. There are still some weaknesses in t his squad and it doesn't' take more than a couple of results to be sucked back into a rut, but if we're honest I think we have enough to get the 6 points need over the next 4 months. If we don't, then I don't think we'll be worrying about keeping Ralph....

Good touch, good awareness of those around him, good passing. A neat and tidy player really, unlucky with that deflected shot too - Reina was beaten all ends up with that!

It's a tricky one. Home games these days are a bit of a hostile environment, because it's been consistently 4 years of utter, utter, utter dross - with the odd random win sprinkled in there somewhere. It's impossible for this not to have influenced the fans. I still go, but there are 6 people I was with around me who no longer attend - people below me no longer attend. There's only so much money you can keep shelling out if you're getting the most substandard product, the prices haven't gone down in that time either. There is an element of apathy I feel - just an acceptance of our fate, I mean what can we do? We can't influence Kat or Gao, they've got their toy and they can just wave at us from up high whilst we hold banners up - but it would probably just create even more hostile environment for very little return. But the crux is that Gao needs to go before we can become a united club again, how that happens....no idea.

I think we've lost Boufal for a bit, Redmond is obviously out too. Stephens was heavily limping quite a bit I noticed, and so was Long at some stages - but everyone else seemed ok. But we don't have a deep squad with enough quality, so we will be hit by injuries and they will hit our form. This is why January shouldn't have been ignored as it was. Oh sorry, we did buy someone! But we had to let someone go first....

We're at home, so we probably won't win. No idea why I'm going, but i will be there.

At the end of the day we're a side with a few decent players in it, not amazing players, just decent players. We still have huge gaps in quality throughout the side and it will keep getting exposed season upon season, unless we address it. The club rested on their hands in January ‘’Oh a good run, it means we’re fine’’ – worryingly the professionals running our club didn’t have the foresight to see that this was just a run, we still had the same fundamental core issues! I think this is Boufals last season here – another expensive flop. Not fit for this level I don’t think, flatters 90% of the time. Talented, yes, but not suited for us or this league. Reminds me of Adal Tarrabat Our home form is utterly disgusting though, something needs to be done about that. And I don't think playing Vestagaard is a decent fix for that. Horrific football player.
