They will play us off the park tbh. I've already accepted that.

Every year this happens. Surely people know he's not just going to change his view spontaneously? I see all the Stoke fans have turned against him now and Stoke City want to fine him, but they knew his stance when they signed him, so why are they so up in the air about it now? Something to complain/be offended about, I guess. I wonder what it will be next week.

He certainly talks a good game, I'll give you that. Laps it up to the fans quite well. But I don't think he's particularly all that.
-
But it's suggesting either Moyes or Allardyce for the job. What is it with 'failed' managers just cyling like this? If we appoint one of those two after Hughes then we have quite clearly lost any direction or plan that we once had. Hughes, Moyes, Lambert, Allardyce. Round and round we go....

There's more to the Yoshida situation than meets the eye IMO.

It's not just the team that dithers, it's the entire club. That's what our identity is these days, the ditherers.

We're already in that cycle tbh.

Man City 6-1 defeat dissection post match thread.

Unfortunately we don't have another right back, which is a disgrace given the quality of our 'first choice' one. -
Whilst it's crap at the moment, this seriously isn't the lowest point in the clubs history. Slightly overdramatic.
-
That's just under £100m of player’s right there.

The record is quite frankly a disgrace and proof that our issues are bigger than Hughes. We'll be relegated soon for sure, you cannot turn around a downturn as huge as this without experiencing a relegation. It's pretty much inevitable now. I've accepted it. Just let it happen this season so we don’t have to continuously drag this out like Sunderland did.

I'll protest against Ross Wilson and how he is guilty for ruining my football club.

Changing manager is only delaying the inventible. The problem is and will always stem from the top. The recruitment team have sold us up a river once more. Summer signings - Vesterguard, Armstrong, Gunn, Moi - all bench players. Expensive £20m/15m players from previous windows out on loan. Expensive 15m Italian strikers not in the squad. Paying £15m for Wesley Hoedt. Giving Forster a ridiculous contract, not even in squad’s nowadays. Do I need to go on? The problem is the recruitment and frankly absurd squad management. Just thinking about how we have managed to **** away the fortune we have got in transfer fees over the last two years just makes me so depressed.

They'll do us pretty comfortably I'd imagine. Too strong and powerfull for us.
-
First thing I'd do is ditch the majority of this team. Absolutley hate this group. Ugly team which offers nothing other than struggle and it won't ever change. A tactically inept, physically weak and mentally challenged bunch of individuals.

The IPTV landscape has changed a lot, so I'd stress to never get anymore than a 1 month sub to any provider. What you often see is that the providers are resellers of the bigger arms, and they just vanish and pop back up under new names very frequently. Good one at the moment is Boss Hosting/EpicTV - but I only ever do a rolling 1 month with them.
-
Technically not true though, as we had our 2nd and 1st best finishes in the league after he left.
-
It'll be like the Liverpool game, a 'decent' effort but still on the back of a 3-4 niller. Can't see anything less.
-
Not sure I believe in any of them to be honest, wouldn't be sorry to see anyone go. Rubbish bunch of unlikeable dross.
-
How are they looking likley to qualify for the Champions league? 11 games gone, only 6 points seperating them and 5th place. It will only look very likley if they're there come 30 odd games.

Unfortunately, this is why I think a relegation is pretty much nailed for us in the coming seasons - if not this year, then probably the following. We're on a Sunderland/Villa/Swansea type slide, changing managers left, right and centre, trying to be clever with cheap signings with no sign of anything changing at the 'Top'. (very similar to Ellis Short at Sunderland, Lerner at Villa, the Yanks @ Swansea). It will be very hard for the entire club to swing around the momentum curve without some very radical changes, which are likely to only come upon a relegation. Sunderland had to have two of them to finally rid themselves and swing the club round, and now they seem to be refreshed in L1.

They're on the brink of a bit of an implosion in my opinion. They had their chance to win stuff but couldn't ever get over the line. Can see this team being broken up over the next 18 months and new management/coaching staff coming in to try and 'reinvent' it all on a 'budget' as they must pay for the stadium. Football can change so quickly, just a little bit of standing still/poor squad management and signs of non-ambition from the top, then you will fall away a lot quicker than you climbed. Apparently, the new stadium has been covered in official banners/club propaganda crap about Tottenham being 'the only place in London to watch the Champions league'. Oops.

Too much being made of our 'defensive' performance yesterday. We were up against a team who didn't attack us, didn't push us, didn't commit and run at us. We didn't have to defend. If we had conceeded yesterday then we should have just given up and gone home, given that they didn't really want to score.

Keep changing the manager all you want, but you will still have to watch those horrible players every saturday.
-
Painfully slow and weak. Looks like another player totally at odds with where we play and how we play.
