  1. I think the 2nd yellow was on his mind and MP's too - but yeah, they looked gone in the head. They've always been quite a fragile team mentally, historically. They will be low as hell next weekend, no doubts about it.
  2. Can I just put this out there? ''Peter Schmeicel has won the league, had a son, and that son has won the league in the time since Liverpool last won the league''
  3. Cannot applaud them enough. This has been the most weird season in English football, ever. You can't help but have a laugh at the likes of Utd who spent £200m+ in the summer and they are no where near. Leicester has given everyone hope, this is easily the most competitive league around at the moment.
  4. I don't think Lamella will be banned tbh, Dembele will be the only one who is given a ban for the season. I reckon Rose went off to protect him from getting a 2nd yellow......I don't think he was injured.
  5. Also worth noting that we're pretty secure in the top 8 now, Chelsea have to win their 3, we have to lose 3 and they have to overtake our GD too.
  6. Yeah, i'm stunned there weren't any red's tbh. It was on boiling point for 90mins. I thought the ref had a good game until he conveniently ignored the Dier hack.
  7. No idea why the Dier tackle was ignored, should have gone straight back to that after the Mason yellow. But Spurs looked shot at the end, absolutely gone. Their heads were all over the place. Absolutely remarkable that Leicester have won the league, I never thought we'd ever get a situation like this in football with all the money in it.
  8. I think I've found a picture of Charlie's bedroom
  9. Or we could just continue to play him as a CB and buy an attacking midfielder.
  10. Don't give him airtime, hopefully he'll be banned soon.
  11. Romeu should start every week for me.
  12. Has your source been on the sauce?
  13. Long was bought for more than just goals.
  14. We were all over the city defenders with movement and pace - those 2 in particular (Mangala/Otamendi) hate players running at them. Otamendi is a technically gifted player, but I just cannot see a PL defender in him. Players like Long are part and parcel of the league with their endevour, work rate etc, and he just cannot handle those sorts of players. As soon as i saw those two starting I thought we just have to run at them...commit them, and that's exactly what we did from the first second. My MOTM today was Tadic, who was sublime. They couldn't pick him up, and he was finding space in front of their back 4 all first half in particular - and he was always dangerous on the ball, they were frightened of him. I don't think City fancied it really, they have bigger fish to fry, but at least we made the most of it!
  15. Hard to see Leicester getting anything today unfortunately, they look well off the pace. Looks like the pressure is getting to them a little going by their keystone cops clearances a minute ago.
  16. Why are people giving this idiot the airtime? The most obvious windup/troll since the internet began, just ignore it.
  17. I reckon Sunderland and Newcastle will both win and with Norwich at Arsenal later on, they will be quite simply screwed.
  18. What a great idea - really wish you all the best, will be following with interest! Let's hope it's a good season!
  19. Then I must say you have very high and very unrealistic expectations of this team.
  20. Well tonight went well.
  21. Half-time team talk did wonders. Come on Wycombe.
  22. Well this is quite funny.
  23. I don't think they'll be in a scrap, but it will be a bit of a comedown. Mid-table beckons for them and normal service resumed with Pep, Mourinho, Conte and co at the top. Bournemouth will struggle next year as well in my opinion, the fact they're on 40 pts says it all really. Rubbish season for all.
  24. The fact that Arsenal, Utd, City, Chelsea are so far behind that rabble is an offence. No wonder all their jobs at at risk/changing in the summer. I'd even go as far to say Spurs have been a bit **** to not win it this year, especially when you look at the standard of Leicester and the standard of their players. Wes bloody Morgan will lift the trophy ffs! The typical journeyman lower league defender, he's just about brute force and fouls. Reminds me of Darren Moore for Derby in the NPC. I don't want to come across as bitter or jealous, as I'm not, but let's be honest, the standard of the league this year has been nothing short of horrific.
  25. jesus christ, coming on this site after we don't win is often depressing enough without having to trawl through tons of always_sfc posts attacking everyone else. Seriously, it's boring as ****.
