Ticks all the boxes for me. high profile, stock is high - talented manager, has always been focused on youth development and youth progression. Would raise the commercial profile of the club abroad, which is what the club seem to be bothered about. And the most important thing, he is leaving his current club and has openly admitted he wants to manage in the PL. There are no other options in the PL right now, it's kind of a no brainer for all in my opinion.

Not just that though, I don't think I'm being OTT here - but this kind of potential dismantling and complete gutting of the club could send us on a 1 way ticket back to the lower leagues. Momentum is everything in football, that is seemingly being ripped away from underneath us as we speak. Birmingham almost went, wolves had 2 successive relegations - it's possible that by 2016/17 we could be back at square 1 if we're not careful.
