  1. We play Liverpool Saturday and think B team play Everton away Sunday midday , in theory all could travel and be available
  2. Dragging out some of the most boring punditry I've ever heard
  3. https://www.saintsplayers.co.uk/player/george-woodford/
  4. Same, I like him, plus as his in laws are Saints fans they must count themselves as proper ITK now, any of them post on here?
  5. Do you remember the white hankey protest after Adkins was replaced by Poch?

    The World Cup Thread

Completely agree, hopefully Southgate gets the sack in a few weeks

    James Ward-Prowse

As expected no world Cup for our set piece specialist, he'll be gutted to miss out again on major tournament Personally I think its a bit of a joke Phillips coming straight back in.
  8. Forgot about those Lowe appointments, what's Clive Woodward up to nowadays?
  9. Will Jones do a Ralph and cry at the final whistle?
  10. Get behind him and give him a chance, he might not be what we need but give him a chance and show some support, see how it goes
  11. Dear Nathan, Please utilise your new manager bounce card and give us a win at Anfield Cheers
  12. Edozie looks like he has a lot of tricks but end product wasn't quite there, might be because of the players he's got alongside him or needs time to develop his decision making, a good player in there but not necessarily a Premier league starter just yet
  13. Agreed , a player who can actually run forwards with the ball, puts them on the back foot
  14. From my perspective tonight A. ARMSTRONG was particularly poor , still looked out of his depth v league one Sheff Wed
  15. Just back myself, awful game of football but at least we are in the hat, March to the arch continues
  16. Not too many kids though, needs a mix like at Cambridge, youngsters have had few games in Papa John's and physical differences meant they struggled
  17. Won't be a big crowd, to be honest I'm surprised that they opened the whole ground, I remember going to Sheffield United in this round last year and they only opened two stands. Saints took the back 5 rows off sale all around the ground probably in the hope it won't look so empty if everyone sits further forward. Itchen and Kingsland will be quite full, Northam as well especially as Sheffield Wednesday are bringing 2400. Chapel end of the ground virtually empty.
  18. Seemed a good guy, loved his enthusiasm Kept us up Won 4-0 at Fratton Took us to Wembley

    Gavin Bazunu

I think if we'd signed him from Pompey for £2M we'd have a lot lower expectations than having paid Man City £15M (even though he'd never played for Man City)
  20. With luck of the draw there's a really good chance to progress in this competition, some big clubs will be out, next round is midweek before Christmas when many will still be missing world Cup players. Will be a useful fixture to have to get back into it.
  21. Talk for yourself, I've started a go fund me page and have arranged for a huge flag of this image, when Nathan Jones first emerges from the dugout the banner will be revealed covering the whole of the Kingsland stand
  22. Don't let our new security officer from Millwall see this pic he'll put a stop to the deal
  23. Good point Semmens won't want more games for him to be away from his family for... Sheffield Wednesday certainly seem up for this , they've sold nearly 2400 tickets, superb effort for a long midweek trip. They are going well in league one and will fancy their chances against us at the moment. Quite a few of our youngsters played for the B team today, would expect plenty of changes but similar to the side who won at Cambridge back in August.
  24. Their performance in the derby away to Watford was terrible, he's has done well with very limited resources at Kenilworth Road but hasn't worked with a squad like ours previously, not sure he'll command the respect in the dressing room but we'll see
  25. Go and tell that to the young mens church association who founded our football club, and we are called the Saints. Actually makes him a good fit
