Les has got a lot of things right. Personally, I thought the Lemina and Hoedt buys represented good business for Saints in the Summer. He he is making an absolute pigs ear of everything at the moment though. He still has time to turn things around, but we're talking days, not weeks.

Very true. I remember Walcott saying he wanted to play down the middle when he signed his last contract. Wenger played him there a few times, Walcott signed his deal, then Wenger f*cked him off out of it.

Just watching him now on 'The Debate', a Sky programme presented by David Prutton. Very impressed by what he says about running a football club. Talks about selling players but making sure you reinvest to make your side better. Says Liverpool are doing it, but Arsenal haven't over the years. For a money man he seems more focuses on the ethos of a club and improving things on the field, rather than the balance sheet (which he is responsible for so won't lose control). Probably out of our league, but would be a great MD down here.

Im not going tomorrow. To all of those who are spending a fair bit of their money to travel to London and watch the match, sing what you want. Who is anyone else to dictate how you should behave. At the end of the day, we're all Saints fans, and want what we think is best for the club. Whether you think it's best we win tomorrow, or lose in the hope that the manager gets the boot, is entirely your opinion. In my book it doesn't make you any better or worse as a supporter.
