  1. I don't like loan players. Never have, never will. If VVD goes, I would expect more than loan players.
  2. If VVD does go, I would expect more than loan players in return.
  3. I don't care if I never see him in a Saints shirt again. He's lower than a snakes belly. The club will only come out of this well if the money is ploughed straight back into the team, and Van C*nt doesn't go to Liverpool.
  4. Was going to post a reasoned response to this. But I can't be bothered, so here goes. What a load of b*llocks.
  5. He looked like the only player who could make anything happen in his few minutes on the pitch v Swansea. He can go past players with the ball at his feet. We don't have many that can do that.
  6. To be honest, I haven't got a clue. I suppose it depends how much faith you have in Kat Liebherr. Personally, I have faith in her. I don't think she would have sold to 'fly by nights'. We'll find out soon enough.
  7. Maybe we've got someone else lined up. This is has all been fuelled by the Italian media. Maybe it was a load of made up rubbish, maybe not.....
  8. No sh*t..... Didn't have his best game last week imo. Considerably slowed down the attacks and not forward-thinking enough. Better players than him in the squad, but he's young and will improve.
  9. Why not just buy the land around the stadium?
  10. If all this supposition was true, surely they wouldn't be able to get VVD out of the door quick enough.
  11. I'm the bastard son of Dean Friedman.
  12. Are you Ronnie Kray?
  13. First few yards are in the head.
  14. I reckon a signing isn't that far away. The new owners will want to quickly get the fans on side. Kevin Keegan?
  15. Part of that was because JWP doesn't have the pace needed to break into the box.
  16. I disagree. It all seemed more positive yesterday. The team looked fitter, pressed better, and created a large number of chances. Still, you were at the game as well and have a different opinion. It would be boring if we all thought the same. In time, you'll come round to my way of thinking.
  17. Were you at the game?
  18. Agree with that. Thought he played well. Looks a bit stronger now. I would play him in front of JWP all day long.
  19. Finding it difficult to at the moment to be honest. We have a ground full of supporters, paying a fair wedge of their disposable income to watch games, and a team of honest players on the pitch giving everything for 3 points. Then you have Van Dyke, earning a king's ransom (with contributions from all supporters), behaving disgracefully. Contributing the square root of nothing to help the club. For me, he is up there with the worst sort of footballer. Right up their with the striking Van Hoijdonk. I wouldn't want to give him the transfer that he wants, but I understand the club's position from a business point of view. If he does return to the first team, he has some massive bridges to build with the fans. The least he has been is badly advised by mercenary agents who need to be regulated properly by the game.
  20. Genius. F*cking well done.
  21. F*cking pony-tailed c*nt should be ashamed of himself. His team mates were pulling their b*llocks out on the pitch for the club, and that pr*ck is a c*nt.
  22. Getting the best years out of a player is worth the investment. I've said it before, we need to mix our purchases up a bit. Some young with potential, and some around the 28 yr old mark. Good pro's who'll give us their best years and whose experience would be invaluable. Lawrie was great at this.
  23. Thought that as soon as Burnley sold Gray.
  24. Heart the size of a pea. Even MLT alluded to this in his book.
