I tend to agree with you to a certain extent. But it is better than doing nothing, and did get a fair bit of media coverage. The only fans action that is likely to rid us of Lowe and Wilde is a boycott. That's where the protest went wrong at the weekend. They should have stayed outside the ground.

What difference would that have made. He bought the shares, why do you find it so difficult to comprehend. They're not that influential (except Nick Illingsworth, or so he thinks).

As far as Lowe goes, his position should have been untenable the minute JP was sacked (sorry, resigned). Unfortunately, while protests are all well and good, Lowe is as thick-skinned as a rhino. Only two things will remove him - 1. A buyout. 2. A mass boycott. Wotte was foolish for rubbing fans up the wrong way with his comments. But really, who gives a f*ck.

Just listened to the interview myself. He was spot on when he said the fans don't want Lowe and Wilde at the club. He had the support of the banks and a plan to take us forward this season. It couldn't be any worse than the ridiculous plan of the present board. I think we would be a lot closer to the top six under Crouch and Pearson than we are now. I am also certain that attendances would be a lot higher as well. Rubbish? No, that's what we are getting under the clueless duo.

Fair point. But apart from Crouch, there doesn't seem to be anyone out there who gives a toss. Salz and Gavyn Davies are apparently fans, who surely have the money and nous to run rings around Lowe and Wilde, but don't seem to be interested. I would much rather have Crouch than Lowe and Wilde.
