  1. The Port Vale cup game was also a good demo after if I remember correctly.
  2. David Armstrong. When he joined us he was left wing-left midfield-left back in one, often during the same game.Double figure goal tally most seasons,. Marsden was a slimline but lesser quality version of DA.Nick Holmes depite his service and local connections, nowhere near DA.
  3. I feel desperately sorry for JP, a good honest man jettisoned into this by an awful board. He should leave now for his own good.He does not deserve the months of grief ahead.

  5. Lost again. No surprise. Probably the same 'we played well,we've learnt from this and will move on cos' now [ AFTER NUMEROUS DEFEATS] we'll learn from this and the boys are motivated '********. **** OFF RUPERT,YOU DESTESTABLE C^NTBUBBLE;DIE SOON.

  7. There is far too much to concern ourselves with at SMS to give a sh!t about the skates at the moment.Yes,I'm pleased they lost, delighted it was a trouncing at home but frankly it is seconadry to our fall from where we should be. Just remember if the skates slip into oblivion,we could be in oblivion minus-one. Lets put this into perspective.Hate the skates, hate Mandaric, or hate Rupert-the beeetroot cheeked tosspot- Lowe? Which one is more damaging to my club ?

  9. Good idea for someone next year. Right thats one off the list already, and only 364 days to go now.
  10. Mrs Lowe,a most unlikely but welcome recruit for the 'Rupert Out' campaign. Perhaps the Withington Mothers Union would like to provide tea and scones atthe Northam Club for a meeting.
  11. Have been thinking of this for some time now,but what became of SISA ? Is it not time this was reformed to confront the problems of Rupert,Wilde etc ?I always thought this was instrumental in helping to orchestrate the anti-Branfoot campaign and would be a good umbrella organisation now.Assuming of course it is not/does not become the exclusive mouthpiece for the usual egotists to self-promote (ie McMillan,Chorley et al),then SISA should be at the forefront. In the Branfoot era I recall grey haired pensioners prepared to join in the post-match car park demonstrations. This should now be reassembled outside SMS ,rallying around Ted's statue as a focal point.Or as others have suggested elsewhere perhaps those still attending have changed from supporters at The Dell,to mere spectators - customers even - at SMS ?
  12. Good idea.Shame that it can't be downloaded. Actually like the suggestion of the 'red card' for people to raise when Rupert takes to his seat.
  13. Is that the Cotterill who had a 23 match run with Burnley without a win in 2006/7,and then a poor 11 game run in 2007/8 before being sacked ? I have previously advocated SC as a possibility given his achievements at Cheltenham BUT as pointed out to me before he has done bugger all of note since.
  14. If there is one thing that runs parallel to Ruperts ego it is probably his instinct for self preservation,so it seems likely that JP will be 'encouraged' to racknowledge the "mutual consent" option put in front of him. Wotte too has always struck me as someone who might be prepared to see JP leave in order to maintain his position. Lets not forget who it was that maintained contact with Rupert after he had unceremoniously been dumped by RL three years ago.
  15. The leading figures at our club are charlatans and/or shisters. Good quote by Offix: Thats worth going on a t-shirt !
  16. Ottery, I often read and agree with your comments.Whilst the above was intended as a joke,it was greatly unjust on a great player even if you did end with "god bless him " .
  17. Take your point re Tisdale or A.N.Other,and the possible attractions of SFC. But whilst there may be a lot of useless chairmen,we have one with a proven record of steering a disastrous course, almost on a path of self destruction.Ron Noades aside,is there a bigger arsehole or egotist in charge of any club ?
  18. Tisdale's career is still in the ascendency so its unlikely he will want to jeopardise his growing reputation by joining our rapidly sinking ship. I can not imagine any self respecting manager with his future to think of wanting to work take on that poisoned (puss filled) chalice of SFC, with Lowe. Cotterill on the other hand is still out of work.Given his knowledge of English and world football, the beetroot-cheeked bastard will be well aware of Cotterills finest achievements-albeit nearly ten years ago - at Cheltenham Town as its less than 10 miles from Rupert's home in Glos.
  19. Yes.The only desperate idiot in the village prepared to work with that vile C^ntbubble Lowe.
  20. I think this has to be one defeat too far,and Jan will go ..by "mutual consent",no doubt as we all know that Rupert does not sack managers.Nor does the beetroot cheeked bastard make -or admit to - mistakes in their appointment.
  21. Ball and Case. Armstrong is left midfield.
  22. When will Rupert Lowe just f^ck off ?
  23. He was also suggested as Hoddle's assistant if GH returned to us at one stage. An earlier post about Hockaday and the Swindon job carried a link to a Swindon paper which mentioned Calderwood as one of their preferred candidates.I can't see him leaving Forest for Swindon, unless he knows he is for the push,or perhaps Swindon have earmarked him pending him coming available again soon.
  24. Agree the parents must be total f*ckwits. I like the following:
