I always think they are a bit of a historical accident really. They used to be done years ago when Radio Solent fans forum was one of the few opportunities for the club to get its voice heard. First ones I remember involved Branfoot. As a result the club feel obliged to do them even though other interviews are freely available on the internet etc.

Wilcox does come across very well, as someone who is clear thinking, with a bit of a vision as to what he wants to build and how to go about it.
