A decent manager would put a structure in place that plays to our strengths, will develop players to be better, breed a bit of confidence, and will more importantly learn from his mistakes. I found it very telling that when speaking to Sky before the Boscombe game he mentioned “we” had been on a 5 year journey with this playing style. “We” obviously not being Saints.
