Within 10 days Ralph has managed to galvanise the players and fans. First game I've really enjoyed today for months - we are a team again, with work rate, fight and a tactical plan. Absolutely elated.

Absolutely 100% in favour - for years I've thought it gives the away side an advantage in shooting towards their fans in the second half. They should be on the side somewhere.

If they aren't good enough what does it matter how bad they are?

Hard to disagree with any of that. We aren't any great shakes up top either. How Ross Wilson is still in a job is beyond me, it is hard to imagine how anybody could have done a worse job of recruitment in the past 2 years. The fact we have 2 record signings out on loan, a 4th choice GK on 80k a week with a long term contract, plus a squad that lacks competition in key positions, pace and a strong mentality, is a damning indictment.

Dreadful. No positives to take out of that - we are where we deserve to be with a squad full of below average quality players. I doubt Ralph can do much with this ****.

I doubt that there has been a worse collection of CB's in the history of the Premier League. They are all ****.

But better than anything we have at CB, which says a lot.
