I remember at the start of the season Pellegrino saying it would take a while for the players to understand and apply his philosophy, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt from August - October. By November however it was obvious that he was a massive fraud and the players were hating it too, he should have gone then.

That is hardly a barometer, most would replace Pellegrino with Wigley now, the situation is so desperate.

New Manager - the squad is good enough to keep us up which is the best we can hope for, but Pellegrino is underachieving significantly. A decent manager will keep us up and we can build on the squad in the summer.
