I don't think Hughes is entirely to blame. After the near miss last season we needed revolution not evolution - at least 10 of the players in the current squad should have been shipped out with a new spine and pace brought in. Sadly Les, Ralph and Ross have been found wanting in all areas. The finger of blame should pointing at them.
