I speak to a lot of people that run fleets of vehicles and who are constantly getting PCN's on behalf of their drivers - the general consensus is that many local authorities simply don't have the time to chase people who haven't paid so they just coin it in from those that so - it isn't worth the cost or agro for them in taking people to court etc. It is a risk but you could chance it.

Who issued the PCN - local authority or private company. If it's the latter then ignore it.

Not necessarily Paul Robinson but I have thought for a while now we could do with a couple of players who can occasionally mix it up a bit - we seem too "nice" at times and in certain games you have to fight fire with fire when attractive passing football isn't working. As a team we seem back off too much, especially in the full back positions and seem to lose a disproportionate amount of 50/50 tackles in midfield. Chappers coming back will of course help.

I attended a Welsh Cup game in the early 90's, Merthy Tydfil v Swansea. Cardiff fans turned up so I was treated to the sight of Merthyr fans fighting Swansea fans, Swansea fans fighting Cardiff fans and Merthyr fans fighting Cardiff fans. Just when it couldn't get any worse, I was in the Swansea end and some of their fans put up a Northern Ireland flag with "Swansea Loyal" written on it which started the Welsh nationalists off resulting in the Swansea fans then in-fighting with each other. It was madness and despite the attendance only being about 3000 was one of the most intimidating atmospheres I have experienced - being English and also a student at time I kept a pretty low profile. Oh, and for some reason the Swansea fans spent 15 minutes singing "Robbie James' wife's a lesbian" - I have no idea if she is.

It could be that it was in his contract, but what wasn't was the cut that he may or may not have paid agents to ensure that their clients surprisingly signed despite being courted by bigger clubs and only to be transferred for a sizeable profit within 2 years. Perhaps this is why West Ham got shot of him on him on the quiet as if it had come out then they themselves would have been had up by the FA for transfer irregularities. All in my opinion of course...or it could be a Storrie.

I would have been interested to see his face and body language during that interview - sounded as though he was squirming big time.
