Bad news for the Skates as he knows the case background and could therefore be receptive to either rejecting the administration application entirely or any HMRC challenge to Andronikou's appointment. Technically of course they are different companies from the last time he came into contact with PFC but Justice Norris is unlikely to be so naive as to know that to all intents and purposes they are the same.

I speak to a lot of people that run fleets of vehicles and who are constantly getting PCN's on behalf of their drivers - the general consensus is that many local authorities simply don't have the time to chase people who haven't paid so they just coin it in from those that so - it isn't worth the cost or agro for them in taking people to court etc. It is a risk but you could chance it.

Who issued the PCN - local authority or private company. If it's the latter then ignore it.

Not necessarily Paul Robinson but I have thought for a while now we could do with a couple of players who can occasionally mix it up a bit - we seem too "nice" at times and in certain games you have to fight fire with fire when attractive passing football isn't working. As a team we seem back off too much, especially in the full back positions and seem to lose a disproportionate amount of 50/50 tackles in midfield. Chappers coming back will of course help.
