Lived west of MK in Aylesbury then Buckingham for 15 years. Great part of the country to live. Only went to MK to shop. 45 minute train service to London from Bletchley, and direct trains to Southampton from Oxford for matchdays. Well placed for London and East/West Midlands awaydays.

Poor reporting in that translation: We've been minted for ages.

My take is that he's still registered as a player. He got the OK from the FL because they promised he would be a coach, but was blackballed by the club. Having got as far as it did, with Westwood handing in his notice at Lincoln, my guess is that it was given the OK by TB, and the blackball came from somewhere much, much farther east.

But don't forget they don't need the first team coach right now, because they don't have a first team, whereas the really needed a recruitment manager urgently because......

Look out, Appy

We would need to make sure there is one of those "but he can't play against us" clauses in the agreement:D

That's the £50 question

I'm not disagreeing with you. He wouldn't be one my first 2 either, but his International record shows promise. Shows the mental toughness required to perform at the higher levels.
-
12 appearances and 4 goals for the U23s, and 10 appearances and 2 goals for the full International team. That doesn't look like a flash in the pan.

One might wonder why so much focus on selling season tickets at an unsustainably low price of £13 per game, when the proceeds are ringfenced and can't be used until the games are actually played. Particularly where gate money is their only useable income next season. Odd.

I heard Riquelme has parted company with Boca Juniors. But he's probably heading to the other end of Hampshire. HCDAJFTDFCSBs -
It could be. 28 April to 19 August. 113 days

I've always found National Express coaches more convenient than trains if having to use public transport to airports. Depends on where you live, and which airport of course.

I see the Celtic fans have been busy already on Wiki: Didn't take them long.

No it won't. When they went into admin, Rangers were 2nd in the SPL. After they had points deducted, they were 2nd in the SPL, and at the end of the season they finished 2nd in the SPL. Relegation to Div.1 isn't catastrophic for anybody. Keep things in perspective.

Roundhead or Cavalier?

SPL just voted NO!

We could always get Burley back, then it wouldn't matter where he was used to playing.

I reckon all the Higgs Boson particles are in the British Virgin Islands. They will NEVER be discovered.

Excellent. I understand they're meeting at Hampden Park.
-
Sky have apparently said that they're prepared to wait a year for them to get back up, but not 3.
-
They are. They've been on a £5k/week cap since admin, so they could scrape by on the £200k/month nPC subsidy, with a bit of help from cash generated by player sales. They are now down to a £60k/month L1 subsidy.
-
That's only a deadline. I think payday will be much more interesting now that the League subsidy has gone down from £200k to £60k.

Does that help?

It's an odd piece, but I doubt if that's what's behind it. Can't see Taylor setting up his members to take the blame for liquidation. More likely, IMO, to be paving the way to table compromises for all the PPs to go to the players, rather than Chainrai or the Trust. And as we know both of their bids rely on them keeping the PPs. So compromise offers are made, rejected, and Tayor can say his members tried.
