  1. This won't happen unless lots of us complain. ICOnews is the Twitter handle, I think.
  2. Ah just wanna getabitta water on tha pitch for me playaaas.
  3. https://www.wembleystadium.com/experiences/events/2026/EFL-Championship-play-off-final-2026 Someone should tell Wembley!
  4. https://www.wembleystadium.com/experiences/events/2026/EFL-Championship-play-off-final-2026 Wembley selling Hull and Southampton packages.
  5. Probably matched the transaction time to CCTV. Yes, in terms of credit card data, they will have nothing other than a time, date and transaction ID Number. They can't identify any person from that at their end. The whole "he bought a coffee" thing is bollocks designed to create the impression that there will be a paper trail linking the chap to premises near other teams training grounds. It's desperate stuff.
  6. I really hope he was wearing Saints gear on his walkabout.
  7. This isn't a court case yet.
  8. Why? That just exposes the EFL to legal action and the possibility of the final not going ahead as scheduled. Will be a 'mare for them. Also, worth considering the impact if this is, in fact, quite a common practice and the precedent that a sanction other than a fine and maybe a small points deduction sets.
  9. The more the actual detail comes out, the more this looks like a very minor technical infringement at worse, and the more the Mboro manager and hierarchy look ridiculous.
  10. Send to SFC!
  11. Adam Johnson, he's one of your own.
  12. Classic footballing lack of logic if it does. Play an entire season without it: play a semi-final without it; bring it in for the final. Mental.
  13. If anyone wants to ask them on public channels why they are handing personal data over to newspapers without a lawful basis.
  14. Sounds like bollocks.
  15. If anyone wants to complain about Boro, the Information Commissioner Office is the data regulator.
  16. Then they seek a court order for it to be handed over. It's not up to another controller to just hand over data because someone else rocks up and says, "I've got a legal case".
  17. What if Will Salt is a mormon?
  18. I mean for the alleged other breaches.
  19. Maybe the hotel should get a lot of messages on social media asking if they are in the habit of leaking guests' transaction information publicly.
  20. Presumably the idea is to ask SFC to provide expense receipts etc. But we should just ask what relevance that has to this match, and then decline.
  21. In terms of historical paper trails etc. they are of zero relevance to this incident so unless there is a prima facie case for us to be charged with respect to another match, we can just ignore that.
  22. Sure, but it clearly goes to the severity of the offence and also makes the reporting of "high tech equipment" with a "microphone and device for live streaming" somewhat farcical.
  23. Fair play to Ayling. Seems like a decent stammering gypo.
  24. I doubt the PL would be interested. There's no benefit for them and just exposes them to being caught up in any resulting legal fall out.
  25. I dunno about that. If you have a law that specifically prohibits something within certain boundaries, it's then a bit of a stretch to claim that some other catch-all prohibits the same activity without those boundaries.
