Yes, he's a few bad finishes away from having half a dozen goals to his name, he was forced to play wing back for a reasonable spell of games, and he's trying to make his mark after his first big move in his career, but he is in a squad with plenty of talented - for the level - forward players. And he's only 22. He recently played in our win over Premier League leaders, The Arse. Plenty of reasons to keep patience with him.

Depends what "good enough" means. Would he score 15 goals in a season? Probably not. But could he contribute something as a squad player? I would say "yes", given we don't exactly have loads of options. If we go up, I would try and sign him and Stewart on two year deals and try to sign one other high quality forward longer term. One really strong CF, CM and CB to be priorities, to supplement what we've got, and a full back or two.
