Surprised about the positive vibes for Vestergaard. I thought he was poor and liable to give them a goal. It was his dithering that caused the long throw they nearly equalised from. He's just a bit too slow to react for the PL.

That was one of the funnier ends to a match I can remember for a while. Very enjoyable indeed KWP my MOM.

Good suggestions. -
As has been rightly pointed out, a defeat which fucks over the Skates is perfectly acceptable to want. So, not quite EVERY game.

I didn't know what Spice addicts looked like until I wandered the streets of Leeds.

You said the morally correct thing to do would be to dump her somewhere that you judge has similar values. Clearly that is an absurd way to administer anything approaching a coherent and respectable justice system and it is not moral, it is arbitrary. The morality lies in objectivity and in fair process. -

I think following the law is more important, for sure, than making a stupid, hypocritical and counterproductive gesture to placate a body of people of dubious motivation. And I think a country that makes arbitrary unlawful decisions is a country heading in a downwards trajectory. What's so bad about having her back and charging her with whatever crime we think she committed. If she's that heinous then she'll get banged-up. What's the criteria for being removed from that process? -

Well, let's send our paedos to Greece. We can send gun crime folks to the US (they love a gun over there) and probably also our druggies to Colombia. Not sure about burglers yet. -

Flight Nonce148 leaving Gatwick for Thessaloniki shortly. After all, they invented it. -

So you want to show them that international law can't just be used when it suits you, by not using it when it suits you. Fucking genius, mush. And that's not to mention the rightful opprobrium that is heaped on countries that do exactly that. -

Yes, the one and only flaw with the otherwise thoughtful and sensible plan. -

This is a great plan. Perfect logic, realistic and pragmatic. I genuinely can't see any flaws at all. It is completely typical of the level of contribution we've come to expect from you. -

The signal being, "I'm a reactionary half-wit". -
Cheers, will check it out.

So have six other players. Top, top effort. Come on leaps and bounds. He's in and around all over the pitch.

I know lock-down isn't lock-down now, but anyway.... Just decided to revisit The Holy Bible (Manics album, not the book) for the first time in ages. The version that appeared on Spotify is the 20th anniversary remaster. I'm not usually a fan of remasters but this one is quality. Really beefs up the music without detracting from its sinister tone.

So just the five results needing to go their way then. Which is basically what I said.

If we beat them soundly then they probably won't stay up.

Hi Jirimy.
-
We’ve had four managers since he joined us and none seem to really believe in him. It doesn’t matter what fans think if the manager doesn’t want to pick him.
-
Cheers. I guess it's a question of funds, in terms of what we do in that position. I'd rather sign a quality player at CB and CM than two average ones plus an LB cover.
-
I didn't see the game - how did Vokins do? Do we need to sign an LB so we aren't completely reliant on Bertrand or is he a valid contender?
-
This is a problem in home games, certainly. Less of an issue away. I think what we really need is a Boufal-type to play off Ings in home games against teams we "should beat". If Djenepo was fit then perhaps he or Redmond could play that role for a bit.
