  1. Programme for tuppence and warm up with a half time steamy piss.
  2. Indeed. When you’ve got a public platform then telling people that a COVID vaccine is part of some sort of Bill Gates eugenics fetish goes beyond village-idiot territory and into dangerous territory. I don’t think he should be silenced or banned but he certainly should be challenged. I asked him if he genuinely believed what he was saying and he banned me. So much for challenging ideas.
  3. No, he’s relying on the report that it’s an “option”. If it’s a genuine option then we can’t say no.
  4. Reed is a tidy player but can't help making stupid tackles.
  5. Should be safe to share once it's mentioned in the papers.
  6. He's a corrupt grifter. Microsoft gained £75bn on the markets. I'm sure he and his mates and family are well into that.

  9. If he's only getting 60k a week from Spurs then he's a proper mug. Should have joined Everton for twice the money. Will win the same either way.
  10. I'm hearing this one is close.
  11. Will a boy ever be born who can swim faster than a shark?
  12. Gao wouldn’t pass the owners test now.
  13. Can't afford to lose the election. It's time to be packed off to a nursing home or prison if does.
  14. It’s true though. He’s like a better educated mini-Trump. Doesn’t have the application or bottle to do the job properly so abdicates responsibility to cronies and focuses on populist statements. Views himself as above the strictures of convention and rules. Will happily lie or turn 180 if it furthers his position. He’s probably not as reprehensible in his views but the approach is similar, if slightly more subtle.

But individual logic doesn't apply at the level of complex systems, which is why it is important to have clear rules and clear control systems. 250 mile drive is low risk because of the way traffic is regulated and because most people clearly understand the system.
  16. Pen wasn't a red because there was a covering defender?
  17. Why does Alonso always get away with dirty shit?

I know this really great media company. Loads of top content, great website, really breaking down barriers in new markets and building a global presence. LD Sports. Look them up.

In fairness, if you decide to go abroad at the moment you must know there’s a risk of the situation changing. I’ve got relatively limited sympathy for people who booked a holiday abroad the first chance they got. Obviously if it’s a long-standing booking and you can’t get your money back then you’ll go.
  21. The one about the yoga instructor, the training cone and ball pump?

    Adam Lallana

He looks like a spade that's been digging pubes.
  23. It’s very hard to judge because there are so many variables. I’d say Matt Target is a much better footballer than Billy Sharpe or McBurnie, for example, and Josh King is probably better still. Yet somehow two of those nearly ended up qualifying for Europe, one got relegated and one just about stayed up. Horses for courses, really. Which makes me optimistic because we now have a manager with a clear plan and strategy again. Hughes, Pellegrino and Puel had no. clear plan, so we ended up signing players that, largely, couldn’t deliver what was asked of them.
