I think he had a really good game.
He had a couple of dodgy moments with the ball at feet but that is probably to be expected at his stage of his career and playing on the biggest stage yet. He's never going to be Beckenbauer but he did all his primary jobs very well - he is very solid in the air, has a decent turn of foot and was well positioned.
Leeds' strikers weren't the greatest; will he be able to deal with multi-million pound football legends like Maynard, Long, Sharpe? We shall see. "Possibly" is my current opinion.
Roger, I'm sorry. I thought you were being a bellend but it turns out you were performing a reductio ad absurdum on Patred et al. My mistake. Let's meet for drinks and a bromance.
If I was him I would be astonished by the myopic, bigoted, ignorant, half-baked attitudes of some of the utter dinlos on this forum.
Thankfully, these weirdos are not representative if the public at large.
We've seen that the local plod seem to view Saints matches as a nice earner and a chance to get their names in the paper so this sort of ridiculous rubbish comes as little surprise.
I think Saints fans should bombard the league with emails pointing out what happened to Luton for minor offences committed by previous owners and employees.
It would be so sweet to contribute to Skates getting a points penalty. It would make me feel really warm and happy.
Enjoy Corp while it lasts folk as once it becomes apparent what a ****poor squad they have you won't be seeing much more of him for a while.
It's funny that he bangs on about a couple of emphatic victories (although one was scarcely deserved) when we enjoyed generations above them and are about to do so again. Five year blip is over.
Because most people have friends. Most people book tickets together with a friend or two. If you book two tickets the cost per ticket is less than the per-ticket matchday surcharge.
