Connolly was very sloppy last night. I would have no issue with De Ridder coming in to replace him. Guly was one of our best players.

Cork hit a volley when a cross fell to him (maybe from a corner?). It hit the defender, squirmed through to the keeper who booted up the pitch and they scored. We were appealing for handball. I personally thought there was a foul in the build-up to their second goal too.

He generally had a better game than Fonte. Lambert, Schneiderlin and Chaplow are just as much to "blame" for any defeat for failing to convert good chances. Hooiveld had a much better game than Lallana and Connolly who were both carp.
