The problem I have with the protests is that whenever that figurehead chap got interviewed on the radio/tele etc. the best he could come up for as their raison d'etre was, "Lowe's done some stupid things like appointing Wotte". Now, frankly, of all the things to protest against Lowe in relation to, appointing Wotte is near the bottom of the list. If the protests are to remain valid, they need to have a more thought out purpose and justification which needs to be put forward.

When was he found guilty the first time?

There are still people who don't appreciate that NatWest is a subsidiary of RBS...!!!???

Not sure where/when it was on the OS or anything but the consensus, as I understood it, until recently was that he would be unlikely to play this season. If he gets fit it will be a big bonus as we are still threadbare at the back in the event of injuries.
-
TBF it does have "Lowe is a **** who slaps grannies" emblazoned across it.

I think he actually has a lot of potential. Unfortunately he, like Lloyd James, has suffered as a result of Lowe / JP's policy, in as much as they have been relied upon to single-handedly carry a position all season *****il recently in DMcG's case). However, James has improved over the last few months IMO and it's not surprising at all to me that McG is playing better now he is not a lone striker or stuck on the wing.

This sort of post makes me laugh. Do you honestly believe there are no competent chief execs capable of running a fairly small company that would jump at the opportunity? Here's an idea: all 3 major shareholders take a non-executive position. "Continutity" Jones continues as FD, an executive chairman, maybe someone with a decent track record in entertainment/sports/marketing is appointed. Obviously that would involve Lowe and Wilde acting without vendetta or ego, so I concede it is extremely unlikely.

If there's any doubt at all, and it's something that could be aggravated then rest him and bring him back against Derby.
-
Stay off the beans then.

Did Cosimo Sarli score?

They certainly missed a couple of chances. Couldn't see anything wrong with either of our two disallowed net-busters though.

Oh please! For god's sake. Never has a moniker been less apposite. Lowe was trumpeting the "Revolutionary" setup. The "fast, attacking, passing football". The "seamless integration" of the entire playing staff. The board were embroiled in the tactics and setup of the first team as much as the manager.

I'm not quite sure what you're moaning about here to be honest.

I agree with everyone as it happens. I suppose this was more about recognition for J-P S than JP.
-
I suspect you may be right. I was feeling charitable!

In my opinion this guy is just as important to us as Saga. Wotte is starting to make Poortie's reign look utterly inept, however, he has had the benefit of Saiejs in the team. So, if JPS was signed at Poortie's behest then fair-play to Jan - at least he left us with something.
-
Yep, fair play. Nice to have a proper manager.

Does everyone think that we are winning now because the boysh, want to do it more, and we have to do it, to want to do it, to be there to make the succesh for the goals, to be there as the team? Or is it something to do with training properly and playing to a system with a game plan?

Is it 4 yet?

It's funny, when we were at uni we managed to run a sports club with 90+ paying members and four full-time teams, liaise with the relevant governing bodies, utilise top class facilities, organise travel to matches many miles away, organise numerous social events with other clubs, obtain sponsorship from large multinational organisations, come to arrangements with pubs / bars, organise overseas tours, maintain an operating profit, get absolutely plastered.... God knows how we managed it; we were lazy mongs who spent most of the day in bed.

TBF if someone wants to buy their own pint when it's my round, I'm fine with that.
