Whereas you think we signed him to honour an agreement, made by a person no longer in control at Saints at the time, with a person with no connection to the club other than that he was a potential managerial candidate at some point in the past? Bizarre. Coincidentally, the player signed was young-ish and cheap and at the time we had a policy of filling the team with young and cheap players. We were also selling a player to the club of Mr Pulis so had the option to take a cheap punt on this box-ticking young lad. Well, frankly one does sound like bull**** and one doesn't. Maybe Torres could have been a bit more friendly with the way he posted it but this is a football messageboard FFS. If you are going to post nudge-nudge wink-wink Machiavellian conspiracy posts that fly in the face of a much more logical explanation and are not prepared to back up the said theory on the same public forum then expect, quite justifiably, to have the finger of bull**** waved in your face.

Better to have a "me first" culture and be open about it - that way everyone knows where they stand. Also - what's wrong with a "me first" culture? Within the boundaries of the law, surely that rewards enterprise and ability? Give me a meritocracy over some sort of perverse egalitarianism any day. Some people are ignorant, stupid, and incapable of interacting with others. They deserve to live in **** holes. Some people are unlucky and victims of circumstance. Some people are lucky and privileged. That's what happens when there are billions of people. Get over it. Most people are reasonable and will help others rather than tread on them.

That would be the same Baird who played against Chelsea in the Premier League at the weekend? Yeah, realistic IMO.

What are the trousers like? You can't deny that psychology is important though, even in mini-golf.

St Will, next time you see Kadeem Harderington at a match I really think you should take a photo and then disseminate it to all local youth clubs and golf clubs as this man shouldn't be allowed to pray on novice golfers who know no better than to hand their hard-earned to him for some of his motivational "mind bullets".
-
Well that just shows that whoever judged those is either a numpty or wasn't actually watching the match. He was ok. Not bad, not great. Should hopefully get better as he settles in. If anyone thinks he had a better game than Harding, Trotman or Perry then i seriously wonder what they were looking for.
-
Absolutely. It was an excellent debut. He did miss what looked like an absolute sitter though!

Funny thread. OP - next time take a photo.

at Hammond coming third purely for not being Wotton.
-
Eh? Think that was James, Hammond and Thomson.
-
Thought we played pretty well.
-
In short, "no". St Mary's didn't fail to tackle Brentford's left-back on Saturday.
-
Ok - it's not worth copping a cap in the ass for!

You can kneel in front of my seat if you want.

Serious question - has MJ had a sniff? He might as well!

I would do this picking: ------------Who do you think!?-------------- James---Big Neil-----Big Wayne-------Harding Lallanas-----SPiderpgis-----Hamster------Gobern ---------Lambert-------Sagas-------------

But we don't know who the horse is our when it was said. If it's a horse called Leon then it also thought Paul Allen was going to take over In any case it still doesn't explain why his successor signed Pulis. I favour the explanation that Pulis is a young player who was available on the cheap and fitted Lowe's stupid vision. Much more likely IMO.

I would pick Holmes or Gobern on the left and Thomson on the right for the next match. I would also like to see us sign a right winger with pace for extra competition there. We now have two good full-backs capable of supporting their winger and getting crosses into the box. In Rasiak and Lambert we have two strikers who will score loads of goals if decent crosses come in. Whilst Rasiak is here we may as well use him. We need to play with some width and attack teams.

I agree with that. Good coach, useless manager. Shafted by the biggest piece of **** to ever darken the doorstep of SFC.
-
He didn't against Northampton - he was very disciplined.
-
It should be "follow", not "hello" - assuming the idea is to ape the Man U song.
-
Ahh, right. Had never seen that before, thanks. I agree - anyone who thinks that is a good idea is clearly a complete idiot.
