  1. I may go and work in an offshore haven like BVI one day. Looks like a good idea.
  2. R Lowe Chairman's Select 11 Irregulars FC
  3. I hope they buy every player.
  4. Yes please (just to keep you out of trouble for a bit ). Ahh, the Mag's vag. Yes please.
  5. Presumably the only resolutions (at the moment!) are the re-election of directors retiring by rotation (if applicable)? Any more?
  6. I should have done this I suppose but I don't think a still picture would have done them justice. You needed to see them jiggling about. Plan noted for future reference. I agree and I was thinking along the lines of something similar. I also think the aforementioned noted plan would work better if the subject of our photographic attention could be informed she may win an award as a result. It's an away pub and it was her first shift I think.... but please feel free to try!
  7. Looks quite fit today.
  8. That's the spirit Although the match will be a laugh, it will also be a nasty atmosphere round town that day IMO (plenty of recent history...). Couldn't care less if Man U stuff us as long as we win a couple of home league games soon!
  9. Well, that is sort of what they've done. There's no general sale unless you have a purchase history. I'm sure you'll be able to get a ticket. Realistically, how many members and season ticket holders do we have in total? Probably 20,000 max + 4,500 Man U fans = at least 7,000 tickets available to peeps on the database. EDIT - Sorry! Forgot ST holders can buy two!!!!!!!!
  10. - does this mean they got away with it for longer without the media attention?
  11. Yes, yes, this is correct. There was also a surly Lithuanian. For the avoidance of doubt, my admiration was solely for the rack of the little brunette with the ill-fitting bra and the impressive jugs.
  12. It is a pain, I agree, but there can't be any justification for placing members below attending non-members IMO. I actually think the club have got this right.
  13. Good spot! Sorry.
  14. The point of a membership is to get priority for matches in high demand. Pick your toys up...
  15. Yeah, if we lose it's his fault. I found it very odd that Lowe decided to reignite the debate in the Annual Statement of a PLC, but there you go.
  16. Twinning for members only applies to the Forest match and gives them priority over other members. Members who have not been Forest then get priority over non-members with a purchase history. In other words, a member who has not been to a single game yet, gets priority over a non-member who has been to every match. This is fair though IMO otherwise, what's the point of being a member. And, by the way, I'm not a member but have been to a few matches this season.
  17. Cheers, mate.
  18. This country needs to find a way of harnessing the entrepreneurial spunk of gypos for the common good.
  19. Woot. My Fred is famous.
  20. When told of Crouch’s comments, a Saints spokesman said: “The club will not be drawn into debate over this issue. As far as we are concerned, the issue of the financial accounts has been dealt with. “We are pleased that Mr Crouch is enjoying watching the fantastic displays that our young squad have been providing, and are confident we will be able to improve on the encouraging start we have made.” Utterly unbelievable
  21. So they've twinned it with Forest... http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=11010
  22. Sorry mate, I disagree. £30 is the minimum realitic price IMO. This is the European and League Champions and will be a guaranteed sell-out. We are desperate for money. This is one case where I don't think anyone can really blame the club for exploiting the commercial situation. I think £15 for nippers is a bit steep though. A tenner would have been more reasonable.
  23. A fairly detailed purchasing system too. All on here folks: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=11010 Itchen North will be happy
  24. I had a look too and I don't think she's on there. Imagine a pair of balloons filled with water being cradled by two egg cups.
  25. It will definitely be a sell out. Even if we don't shift all our tickets to "genuine" Saints fans, there will be plenty of people in Southampton, Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex etc... who would be keen to see Man U. I imagine a lot of the Eastern Europeans who have moved here since we were relegated would jump at the chance to see Man U play whilst they're in the country. The only way we would manage to preclude a sell-out will be if we charge something upwards of £40 for a typical ticket, or raise the kids' prices too high IMO.
