Easy. They're not actually that good.

McGoldrick was by far our most threatening attacking player against Charlton on Saturday and is the new "Jermaine Wright" IMO. People have to blame someone and it's easy to point the finger at a creative player. Given that we are clearly not going to see John, Rasiak or Saga in a Saints shirt again would someone like to suggest who in our current squad is remotely capable of playing upfront? Wright Phillips missed two great chances against Charlton and has a proven track-record of being unable to find the net on a consistent basis. Peckhart and Robertson are awful. Paterson may be good but frankly, who knows how good or whether good enough. McGoldrick is one of our only players actually able to hurt the opposition. When isolated against a defender he will beat him more often than not. He was taking the **** out of Cranie when he moved to left wing. By the way, I probably would have included Euell in the list but I forgot about him.

I agree. Our most important players are: Davis Pearce Holmes McGoldrick Schneiderlin IMO.

If it makes people happy then.... it was exactly like this:

Much higher chance of doing so than without, for example, Davis and Pearce IMO.

The "major" shareholders account for around 50-60% of the issued capital. We do not have any major institutional investors any more so this 50-60 is basically the three amigos + Lowe's wrinkly acolytes. The rest is presumably fans and small investors (of dubious sense!) Shareholders have voting rights commensurate to the proportion of shares in the company they own. Lowe (+ cronies) and Wilde probably own around 40%.

This article tells us nothing new.

But on the other hand we have proven in the past that if we are in the Prem we will get 30,000+ (virtually) every week. There are currently 9 teams in the Premier League with an average home attendance of less than 30,000.

Tristan da Cunha's the most remote isn't it? Seem to remember reading something about it a while back. I know I could just click on the link to check.... -
I'm impressed he managed not to have a go at anyone else.
-
Cheers. 1-6 are essentially procedural. Any more info on 7 and 8?

He never lets facts get in the way of a minority rant.

I may go and work in an offshore haven like BVI one day. Looks like a good idea. -

I hope they buy every player.

Yes please (just to keep you out of trouble for a bit ). Ahh, the Mag's vag. Yes please.
-
Presumably the only resolutions (at the moment!) are the re-election of directors retiring by rotation (if applicable)? Any more?

I should have done this I suppose but I don't think a still picture would have done them justice. You needed to see them jiggling about. Plan noted for future reference. I agree and I was thinking along the lines of something similar. I also think the aforementioned noted plan would work better if the subject of our photographic attention could be informed she may win an award as a result. It's an away pub and it was her first shift I think.... but please feel free to try!

That's the spirit Although the match will be a laugh, it will also be a nasty atmosphere round town that day IMO (plenty of recent history...). Couldn't care less if Man U stuff us as long as we win a couple of home league games soon!
-
Well, that is sort of what they've done. There's no general sale unless you have a purchase history. I'm sure you'll be able to get a ticket. Realistically, how many members and season ticket holders do we have in total? Probably 20,000 max + 4,500 Man U fans = at least 7,000 tickets available to peeps on the database. EDIT - Sorry! Forgot ST holders can buy two!!!!!!!!
-
- does this mean they got away with it for longer without the media attention?

Yes, yes, this is correct. There was also a surly Lithuanian. For the avoidance of doubt, my admiration was solely for the rack of the little brunette with the ill-fitting bra and the impressive jugs.

It is a pain, I agree, but there can't be any justification for placing members below attending non-members IMO. I actually think the club have got this right.

Good spot! Sorry.
